Installation Steps
Step 1: Cleaning the components

1. Before installing or replacing the filter, immerse it in clean water for 5 minutes, then rinse it clean (to remove floating carbon generated by activated carbon during transportation).
2. Rinse the stainless steel water tray, filter tray, water container, and pump with clean water.

Step 2: Assembling the product

1. Pour clean drinking water into the water container, keeping the water level under the maximum mark.
2. Put the filter tray into the water container.
3. Put the filter into the filter tray concavity and press it level, then put the filter cotton onto the filter.
4. Put the stainless steel water tray onto the filter tray.
5. Insert the master control module into the corresponding hollow space with the water outlet facing forward.

Power Supply Selection
Wall Outlet

1. Open the silicone waterproof cover at the power port of the master control module.
2. Insert the Type-C connector of the data cable into the power port.
3. Insert the other end of the data cable into the adapter, and then insert the adapter into the wall outlet.
4. Press the power button of the master control module to start using it. (The battery can also be charged. Refer to the power indicator for charging status.)

Battery

1. The product has a built-in lithium battery.
2. Press the power button of the master control module under sufficient power to start using the product.

Note : With a battery power supply, the constant mode cannot be used.

1. Open the pump cover.
2. Pull out the small round shell and clamp out the impeller in the water pump with tweezers.
3. Clean the inside of the water pump and the impeller with the brush.
4. After cleaning, check whether there is water in the charging port, and wipe it clean before powering on the product.

Cleaning the components

1. Before installing or replacing the filter, immerse it in clean water for 5 minutes, then rinse it clean (to remove floating carbon generated by activated carbon during transportation).
2. Rinse the stainless steel water tray, filter tray, water container and pump with clean water. Tips : Keep the master control module away from water.
   Never use water above 50°C, dishwashers or disinfection cabinets to clean the components.

Features

Power button

• Turn on: Press the power button once, and the product will enter sensing mode and the sensing mode indicator will brighten up. Press it once more to switch to intermittent/ constant mode, and the intermittent/constant mode indicator will light up. Press it once again, it will turn off.
• Reset filter: In turned-on status, press and hold the power button for 5s, the filter replacement indicator will flash 3 times and then go out, which means filter usage time is reset successfully.

Sensing mode

• Turn on the product, it will enter sensing mode and the sensing mode indicator will brighten up.
• When a pet comes near, it senses the pet and flows out water, the sensing mode indicator will be constant on. When the pet goes away, the sensing mode indicator will breathe.
  *** With DC power supply, the product flows out water for 15s if no pet is sensed in 90min. No such function is provided with a battery power supply.

Intermittent/constant mode

• Under sensing mode, press the power button once, and the product will enter intermittent/constant mode.
• Intermittent mode: With battery power supply, the product works in intermittent mode, i.e. water flows out for 15s every 15min, and the cycle repeats itself.
• Constant mode: With a wall outlet power supply, the product works in constant mode, i.e. water flows out constantly and the water pump works constantly. (With a battery power supply, the product only works in intermittent mode)

Filter replacement

• When the filter replacement indicator light is on, it means the filter needs to be replaced. After replacement, press and hold the power button for 5s in turned-on status, the filter replacement indicator will flash 3 times then go out, which means it is reset successfully.

Power indicator

• Breathing red indicator: low power
• Constant red indicator: the battery is about to run out
• Breathing green indicator: charging
• Constant green indicator: charging completed

1. Open the silicone waterproof cover at the power port of the master control module, insert the Type-C connector of the data cable into the power port, insert the other end into the adapter, and then insert the adapter into the wall outlet. Press the power button of the master control module, you can start to use it. (The battery can also be charged. Refer to “power indicator” for charging status.

• When it is inconvenient to use battery power, please pull out the data cable and close the waterproof cover.

Maintenance and cleaning

Daily cleaning and maintenance

1. Disconnect power supply and turn off the product before cleaning; keep the charging port dry.
2. Take out the filter cotton, filter, filter tray, and rinse them with clean water.
3. Immerse the water container, water tray, filter mesh in water and wash them clean.
4. Do not immerse or wash the master control module, nor clean it in a dishwasher.
5. After cleaning the water container, wipe the charging port clean before connecting the power.
6. It is recommended to change the drinking water every 3 days. Clean the product before changing the water.

Replacement of filter and filter cotton

1. In order to keep the pet drinking water clean, it is recommended to clean the product and filter every 3-4 days and replace the filter cotton every 7-10 days. Replace the filter when the filter replacement indicator lights up. Press and hold the power button for 5s, the filter replacement indicator will flash 3 times then go out, which means the filter is reset successfully.
2. Before replacing the filter, immerse it in water for 5 minutes, then rinse it with clean water to remove the floating carbon generated by activated carbon during transportation.
3. For the health of your pets, please change the filter and filter cotton frequently according to the actual use condition.

Matters needing attention

Cautions

1. It is recommended to use a 5V-1A/2A power adapter with DC output that conform to national/regional safety standards for the product.
2. Please read the User Manual carefully before use. Once installed or used, it is deemed that you have carefully read and accepted the following precautions.
3. Damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use of the product is not covered in the warranty.

Precautions

1. Do not rinse/immerse the master control module with water.
2. Do not wash the product with hot water or clean it in a disinfection cabinet.
3. Before using the product and the filter, please wash them with clean water.
4. Replace the filter regularly, and clean the pump regularly and thoroughly.
5. If the product is not used for a long time, the master control module shall be charged with an adapter that conforms to relevant parameters and standards every 15 days. After charging, pull out the power cord.
6. Make sure to fully charge the master control module and check the remaining water level when going out on holidays.
7. This product is not a toy. Do not let children play with it. The product contains movable or small parts. Let your pet use it only under your supervision.

FAQ

1. With a blue indicator, the water pump has no water flow out.
   The water pump may be blocked, if so, clean it thoroughly. Or the water tube is not connected tightly.

2. With a red indicator, the water pump has no water flow out.
   The water is insufficient – near the lowest water level. Or it is necessary to disassemble the water pump to wash it thoroughly and clamp out the impeller to clean it.

3. After inserting a Type-C charger, the charging indicator does not light up?
   Check whether the charger is in full contact with the wall outlet, and make sure the power supply is well connected. If the problem still cannot be solved, replace a new adapter or Type-C cable.

4. The noise increases and the water flow decreases.
   Thoroughly wash the water pump, and clamp out the impeller to clean it.
