Product Usage Instructions
Unboxing and Setup
- Unbox the device.
- Plug in the power cable (included) to the power outlet and the modem.
- Connect a coax cable (not included) from your Internet Service Provider to the modem.
SURFboard Central Mobile App Setup
- Download and install the SURFboard Central mobile app from your app store.
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up and manage your device.
Using Web Interface
After product activation, you can access your device settings using the web interface.

Connect your desktop or laptop to the Wi-Fi cable modem using an Ethernet cable.

Open a web browser and navigate to http://192.168.0.1.

Enter the following login credentials:
- Username: admin (case-sensitive) OR the email address used to set up the mobile app
- Password: customized during first-time web GUI access OR use the password available in the mobile app

Unbox the device; plug in the power cable (included) and a coax cable (not included).

- Using Web Interface: After product activation, access your device by connecting an Ethernet cable between your desktop/laptop and your Wi-Fi cable modem and then navigate to 192.168.0.1 in a Web browser.
