ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Loosen the Hexagon flat head screw (69). (Same operation on the right)

STEP 2

Rotate the Front support assembly (3) to the position shown in the figure above and lock the Front support assembly (3) to the main engine using the Hex wrench S=5 (74) with the Hexagon flat head screw (69) unscrewed in the first step. (same operation on the right)

STEP 3
Pull out the Hang ring bolt (71) as shown.

STEP 4
After rotating the machine head to the position shown in the figure above, undown the screw (32) and the Connecting shaft of the main frame (81) using the hexagon wrench S=5 (74). (Removed parts (32) and (81) will not be used later)

STEP 5
After rotating the machine head to the position shown in the figure above, take out the Knob (13) from the parts bag, lock the connection between the main frame and the slide rail, and store the Hanging ring bolt (71) to the right slide rail.

STEP 6
Pull the Handlebar (9) to the Handle pedestal to hang, and adjust the Computer support assembly (4) and Computer (44) to the appropriate position to complete the assembly. (Note that the Handlebar is positive and negative, and the webbing joint is facing down)
Note : After the assembly steps are completed, please use the accessory tool to re-lock all the screws of the machine once again.( If the Computer support assembly (4) is loose, you can use Hex wrench (74) and Wrench with screwdriver (73) to re-enforce the locking)

RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT

Resistance adjustment
Rotate the Resistance knob (34) clockwise to increase the level of resistance. Rotate the Resistance knob (34) counter clockwise to decrease.

When the ground is uneven, the Floor stabilizer (14) can be adjusted to a horizontal state through rotating.

PEDAL ADJUSTMENT

Use the tool Hex wrench S=5 (74) to loosen the Hexagon flat head screw (38) to ensure the foot pedal can be adjusted, and then adjust to the appropriate width, and then lock the Hexagon flat head screw (38).

FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS

Contrary to the installation step, the figure (B) is the storage mode of the armrest pipe.(Figure (A) the foot is first gear, pay attention to the storage to adjust the foot to first gear before folding)

MOVING THE MACHINE

TRAINING GUIDE DIAGRAM

Start position
Keep your arms straight in front of you, shoulders relaxed, head up, eyes look forward, feet and calves compressed vertically.

Sliding process
Grab the arm with your hands, keep the body in correct posture and angle. Open the legs slowly and move them forward.

Return position
Straighten your legs forward, pull the handle to the chest, relaxed your shoulders and look forward.

TRAINING INTRODUCTIONS

Warm-up Exercise before Training
This stage of warm up exercise can enhance the trainer’s body blood circulation and make the muscles in a good condition, at the same time reduce the risk of cramping or muscle pulling dur-ing training. Before each training, please do the warm up exercise according to the following re-commended training methods, each type of stretching exercise must be maintained for about 30 seconds, when doing exercise, be careful not to do strenuous stretching exercise to prevent mu-scle damage, once the muscle is damaged, please stop practicing.

Training Phase
This stage is formal training stage. You can improve the flexibility of your legs muscle after a long-term regular practice. During the training, it is important to do the stable training intensity accord-ing to their own training situation and choose the reasonable training intensity, so keep the heart rate within the target values listed in the following table.

At least 12 minutes of training to keep the heart rate within the corresponding target range. At the beginning of training, most of people continue to train for 15-20 minutes.

RECOVERY PHASE AFTER TRAINING

During the recovery phase, repeat the activities in the preparation. During the process, you can reduce the amplitude and speed of the exercise appropriately. Time around 5 minutes. FUNCTIONAL BUTTONS

  • UP▲/DOWN▼ : Through these two buttons, you can choose the desired mode and set the function values.
  • MODE : Select the desired mode, press the button in the starting state to switch total strokes, watts and time/500M.
  • START/STOP : Press this button to start or stop the computer.
  • RESET : In the stop state, short press to enter the main menu selection mode, long press for 3 seconds to clear the function values then enters the main menu selection mode.

FUNCTION AND OPERATIONS

  1.   TIME
    Display the current exercise time. In PROGRAM mode, press the UP and DOWN buttons to set the countdown time..

  2. TIME/500M
    Display the average time required for 500 meters, which is constantly updated according to the speed of the exercise.

  3.   SPM
    Display the average number of stroke per minute of exercise.

  4. DISTANCE
    Display the current exercise distance. In PROGRAM mode, press the UP and DOWN buttons to set the countdown distance.

  5. STROKES
    Display the number of current exercise strokes. In PROGRAM mode, press the UP and DOWN buttons to set the countdown strokes.

  6. TOTAL STROKES
    Display the total number of exercise strokes after installing the battery. This value will be cleared only after the battery is removed.

  7. CALORIES
    Display the current calorie consumed during exercise. In PROGRAM mode, press the UP and DOWN buttons to set the countdown calories.

  8. WATTS
    Display the current exercise watts.

MODE AND OPERATIONS

  • MANUAL : Through In the main menu mode, press the MODE button to enter this mode, then press the START button to start your exercise. STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Keep the rowing machine in a clean dry place.
