EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS

Warm Up Phase

Warm up before exercise can help blood circulation, ensure the normal activity of the muscles, reducing cramps or strain caused by strenuous exercise. Therefore, spending 5 to 10 minutes doing the following stretching exercises is necessary. Gently stretch your muscles, should stop when you feel a little pain. Do it again after the end of a workout.

  1. Lower body stretch: Knees slightly bent, body bent forward slowly, so that the back and shoulders relaxed, hands try to touch your toes. Keep 10 to 15 seconds, and then relax. Repeat 3 times (see Figure 1).Exercise Instructions

  2. Hamstring stretch: Sit on a clean cushion, straight one leg and bend the other leg at the knee as you place the sole of your foot against the inner thigh of your extended leg. Try to touch the toes by hand. Maintain 10 to 15 seconds, and then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 2).

  3. Calf and foot achilles tendon stretch: Stand with two hands put on the wall or tree, one foot in the front. Maintained the foot straight and keep the heel on the floor, body tilted towards the wall or tree. Keep 10 to 15 seconds, and then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 3).
    Exercise Instructions

  4. Quadriceps stretch: Support the wall or table with your  right hand to master the balance, then the left hand stretch back, grab the left foot with slowly pull the hips until you feel the front thigh muscles are tense. Relax after 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat 3 times for each leg (see Figure 4).
    Exercise Instructions

    Exercise Instructions

Exercise Stage

Every time exercise for 12 minutes in a certain resistance (some people will insist 15-20 minutes), when you can easily do like this a few times, you can slowly increase the resistance. Persist for some time after exercise, your pulse beat frequency will be close to the following graph in the best position (shaded).
Note: You cannot be impatient, this exercise is for your own health of life, rather than magic achieved at one night.

Exercise Stage

Recovery Phase

This phase is to make the release of the vascular system and muscles relax, it is actually repeated the warm-up exercise. To reduce the beat movement, for about 5 minutes, and then repeat the previous stretch action, be careful not to yank muscles.
When using the exercise bike, please do not arbitrarily increase the intensity of training, it may sprain your leg muscle, which means you cannot continue to exercise for a very long time.

STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Keep the exercise bike in a clean dry place.
  2. Remove the battery before storing the exercise bike for a long time.
  3. Clean the seat cushion and the backrest cushion with an absorbent cloth.
