Safety Precautions

  • Do not expose the oven to rain and humidity.
  • Avoid placing the oven near curtains, heat sources, cold spots, and steam.

  • Remove all materials from the cooking cavity before using the oven.
  • Place the oven on solid and stable surfaces, leaving adequate space on the sides.

Operation

  1. For the first use, wash all accessories and the internal cavity thoroughly.
  2. Keep the oven door open for approximately 30 minutes to allow air circulation in the cavity.
  3. Afterward, run the empty oven for a few minutes.
  4. Before the first cooking, run the oven empty for about 10 minutes to reach the maximum temperature.

Knobs
The temperature adjustment knob (5) allows you to set a desired temperature between 100 and 230 degrees Celsius. The timer knob (2) allows you to set the cooking time between 0 and 60 minutes.

Preheating
Before each use, preheat the oven for approximately 5 minutes without any food in the cooking cavity to reach the desired temperature.

Cooking

  • Place the food on the tray or grill.
  • Position the grill at the right height inside the cooking cavity.
  • If using a tray, place it on top of the grill.
  • Set the desired temperature (knob 5) and cooking time (knob 2).

Cleaning

  • Disconnect the oven from the power outlet and allow all parts to cool before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the oven in water. Avoid water or other liquids from splashing onto the appliance.
  • Avoid liquid drops or soap from entering the ventilation openings during cleaning.
  • Regularly clean the cooking cavity to ensure optimal product performance and prevent damage.
  • The handle, grill, and tray can be washed like regular dishes. Do not wash the tray in a dishwasher to avoid damaging the
    paint.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Rear surface of appliance shall be placed against a wall. Only use containers suitable for high temperatures. Do not place anything on the door when it is open, as the door may be damaged or the oven may fall.
  • Always use kitchen gloves to remove the grill or the tray Do not wash or throw water on the glass when it is hot, as it may break. Do not use the oven if there is any damage to the door or its seals.
  • Handle with care fresh-cooked food to avoid risk of burning. Never leave the appliance unattended while it is running. Remove the plug after each use.
  • Do not place the oven in water or other liquids and avoid splashing of liquids on the unit.
  • Never use plastic containers for traditional oven cooking. Before every use, unroll the power cord.
  • Do not use the appliance as a heating unit. Do not insert anything in the ventilation windows.
  • Before cleaning, always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and wait for the complete cooling of each part of the appliance.
  • Put on solid and stable surfaces only. Leave enough space at every sides of the oven when the unit is working.
  • Do not use the oven as shelf support for objects or as place to store food, pots, containers, etc..

OPERATING
Carefully wash all accessories and the inner housing first. Allow to ventilate the internal compartment keeping the door open for about 30 minutes and subsequently operate the empty oven for few minutes keeping the door open. Before starting with the first cooking, turn on the oven for 10 minutes at the maximum power

CONTROL KNOBS
The temperature control knob (5) allows you to set a temperature between 100 and 230 degrees Celsius. The timer control knob (2) allows you to set the cooking time between 0 and 60 minutes.

PREHEATING
Before inserting the food, always preheat the oven for about 5 minutes to allow the unit to reach the selected temperature. Preheat the oven without food.

  • Set the timer control knob (2) up to 5 minutes.
  • Set the desired temperature using the temperature control knob (5).
  • At timer acoustic signal, preheating process is completed and the oven is ready for cooking.

COOKING

  • Place the food on the grill or on the tray, Place the grill inside oven at the right height. The tray, if used, must be placed over the grill.

  • Set temperature (control knob 5) and time (2) of cooking.

  • The working light (4) will switch on, indicating that the unit is running.

  • Periodically check the condition of the food during cooking. In case you need to open the door for any reason, close it as quick as possible to avoid losing heat. At the end of cooking process, the light will turn off and the timer will beep. If the
    cooking is not complete reset the timer control knob.

  • Always remove the oven tray and grill using kitchen gloves. Turn the temperature control knob (5) to the minimum position.

CLEANING

  • Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and allow each part to cool down before starting any cleaning procedure.
  • Do not place oven in water. In any case prevent splashes of water or other liquids from reaching the unit.
  • Regular cleaning of the internal chamber ensure better performances and prevents unpleasant odors. Use a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner for the cooking compartment.
  • The bottom of the cooking compartment can be opened to facilitate cleaning. To open it, turn the oven upside down and pull the handle under the base.
  • Grid and tray can be washed like normal dishes. DO NOT WASH THE TRAY IN THE DISHWASHER.
  • Do not use abrasive or metallic sponges to clean the outside of the oven. This may jeopardize the paint.
  • Be careful not to drop any liquid or soap in the ventilation openings during cleaning.
