2. Tap the “+” and select H5043 to add your gateway. 3. Follow the in-app instructions to complete connecting. 4. The Wi-Fi Gateway icon is at the top right corner on the “Device” page.

Note: Make sure your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is functioning properly before pairing the Wi-Fi Gateway to the network. Please check the above steps and try again if the pairing fails.

Set Up Your Thermo-Hygrometer

1. Power on your device.
   Pull out the insulation sheet

2. Download Govee Home App.
   To download Govee Home App, scan the QR code or search for “Govee” in the Apple App Store® (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

3. Add your device to Govee Home App (If you purchased a thermo-hygrometer with a gateway, ignore this step). Enter the page of H5043/Wi-Fi Smart Gateway 2, tap “Add a new sub-device” to start pairing. Follow instructions in the app to complete connecting. 4. Find the Sub-device
Single press the button of the thermo-hygrometer, and the corresponding sub- device on the page will flash. Note: Please check the above steps and try again if the pairing fails.

Troubleshooting

Connect the gateway to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi contains special characters.| Change the Wi-Fi name and password.
Wi-Fi is out (Ai range.| Keep the gateway and router within 100m.
The thermohydrometer doesn’t work.| Battery doesn’t work.| Pull out the insulation sheet before using or reinstall the battery.
| Battery is dead.| Replace the battery.
| Gateway is offline.| Shorten the distance between the gateway and router.
The thermohydrometer sends delayed alerts or does not alert. App cannot refresh data.| App doesn’t have permission.| Enable notification permissions for Govee Home App.
| The distance between the gateway and thermohydrometer is too far.| Keep the distance between the gateway and the thermohydrometer less than 400m/1320ft.

Long Battery
Life Mode is on.| Turn off this mode.

Caution:

1. The device should work in an environment with a temperature ranging from -4℉ to 140℉ (-20℃ to 60 ℃) and humidity from 0%RH to 99%RH.

3. Do not immerse the device in the water.
