Safety Instructions
General Safety
- Only use the fan as described in this manual.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
- Do not operate this fan if it has been damaged.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not insert fingers or foreign objects in any opening of the fan and do not obstruct the air vents.
- Do not place this fan near any fabric such as curtains and tablecloths as they might be sucked into the fan and damage the motor and/or cause a fire.
- Do not place any part of this fan (the whole machine, power cord, plug, packaging, etc.) near high temperature heat resources such as hearth, fireplaces, and stoves.
- Do not use this fan on windows, uneven or unstable surfaces, or near water.
- Do not immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. & When moving, repairing, cleaning this fan or when not in use, please unplug it from the power source. In addition, if this fan is left unattended for a long time or during a thunderstorm, please unplug it from the power source.
- Do not use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.

Risk of Electric Shock & Leakage
- Ensure that all parts of the whole machine have been installed before using, including the front guard, fan blades, and the rear guard.
- Do not insert any foreign objects in the air inlet or outlet when the fan is powered on, as this may damage the fan itself, cause electric shock or fire. If any part of the fan is damaged in operation, contact customer service or professionals for repair or replacement. Do not risk repairing or replacing by yourself.

Adapter and Power Cord
- Place the fan near the electrical outlet it is plugged into so that it can be unplugged immediately from the power if an emergency occurs.
- Never place the cord near any heat sources.
- Never use the cord as a handle or otherwise yank, strain or stretch the power cord.
- Do not run cord under carpeting.
- Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings.
- Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- Do not handle the power cord or plug with wet hands. Keep the power cord and plug away from liquids
- If the power adapter cord is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified persons in order to avoid an electric or fire hazard
- Only use original supplied power adapter.

Introduction

Functions & Controls
You can access additional features using Govee Home App.
Power Button
- Touch to turn on/off.
- Follow the in-app instructions to press the power button when pairing with the app.
Slider Bar
- Slide with your fingertip to switch among Normal, Natural, or Sleep Mode, or adjust the night light brightness, and timer settings.
Mode Button
- Touch repeatedly to cycle through the following wind modes : Normal Mode, Auto Mode, Nature Mode, Sleep Mode and Custom Mode.
Working Modes

Normal Mode : Fan runs at the constant speed.

Auto Mode: The fan will automatically turn on/off and adjust the air speed according to your settings and the ambient temperature.
Note: -
The screen will display the ambient temperature.

More Auto Mode settings can be accessed in the app.

Auto Mode can be realized by using the built-in thermometer. You can also achieve more precise temperature detection by binding with a Govee/GoveelLife Thermo-Hygrometer to realize the Auto Mode.

Nature Mode : Fan runs at alternating speeds and simulates a gentle breeze, making you feel like you’re in nature. There are 12 levels to choose from.

Sleep Mode : Supports choosing from 1-12 levels. The screen will be off if there is no operation in 15s. It will decrease the speed progressively until it reaches the lowest speed, continuously running to lull you to sleep.
Note: The fan will decrease one level every 10 minutes until it reaches Level 1. The screen will display the level set originally during the process.
Night Light Button
- When powered on, tap to enter the adjusting mode of the ambient light. Slide the bar to adjust the brightness. Press for 2s to turn it off.
Oscillation Button & Lock Button
- When powered on, touch to start or stop the oscillation.
- Press and hold the button for 3s to start/end the lock feature.
Timer Button
- Touch to enter timer settings. Slide the bar to adjust between 0-24h. Press and hold for 2s to cancel the timer.
Recovery Function
When the device is on standby mode/working, long press the Timer Button and
Mode Button for 5s. All indicators on the LED screen will light up and all
data will be cleared to restore to factory settings. At the same time, it will
clear the cleaning reminders and disconnect from Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Note: After restoring the fan to factory settings, go to the “Device”
page on the app to delete this fan first, otherwise it cannot be added to the
app again.
Memory Function
The fan will save its previous settings when powered off (such as level, mode,
and Wi-Fi connection). When it is powered back on, the settings will resume.

Getting Started
When using the appliance for the first time, remove the wraps and attach the parts by following the steps below.

Keep the two base halves upside down and hold them in a crossed position, then insert the pegs on one half onto the slots on the other half.

Press down on the joint areas as shown to click the two base halves together.

Remove the screw nut on the bottom of the fan by rotating it counterclockwise.

Fit the base onto the fan and secure by screwing the nut back on.

Put the fan upside down, then plug the power adapter into the power input (located at the bottom of the fan), and thread the cord through the cord keepers.

Place the fan properly on a level surface and plug into the power outlet.
CAUTION:- Do not operate the tower fan if the base has not been installed.
- Make sure to thread the cord through all rear cord keepers.
Aroma Box

Soak the diffuser stick into essential oils. for about 3 minutes to make sure enough is absorbed.

Loosen and remove the cap of the aroma box and put the diffuser stick into it. Put the cap back into place

Attach the aroma box onto the grille of the air outlet. When the fan is on, the wind will bring the aroma out

Downloading Govee Home App
To download Govee Home App, scan the QR code or search for “Govee” in the
Apple App Store* (10S) or Google Play Store (Android).

- Choose “Allow” to the permissions requested when opening Govee Home App for the first time. These permissions allow the app’s features to function normally and are not used to record personal, private information.
- Due to ongoing updates, Govee Home App may be slightly different than shown in this manual. In case of any differences, always follow the in-app instructions,
Pairing with Govee Home App

Turn on your smartphone’s Bluetooth. Connect to your Wi-Fi router’s 2.4GHz network. 5GHz is not supported.

Android users turn on Location Services; IOS users choose Location ->Always On in the pop-up window while adding devices.
Note:- For 10S users, if you chose Location->Never, it might result in notification/alert exceptions. It is recommended to follow Settings ->Govee Home ->Location ->Always On to obtain the best experience.
- Govee Home WILL NOT collect, use, or share your location in any way.

Open Govee Home App, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner and search for “H7105.”

Tap the device icon and follow the in-app instructions to complete the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection.
Note:- Method to turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection: Long press the Timer Button and Mode Button for 5s to restore the device to factory settings, then go to the “Device” page on the app to delete this tower fan first, otherwise it cannot be added to the app again.
- You can use Govee Home App to connect your tower fan to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Follow the in-app instructions to connect to each voice assistant.
- Govee Home App is being continually updated and its features do expand
Cleaning & Maintenance
To achieve the best performance, clean the fan at least once during the operating season or before storing it when it will not be used for a long period of time.
Outer Surface
Turn the fan off and unplug it from power, then use a soft damp cloth to clean
its body, air inlet, and outlet.
Rear Grille & Wind Wheel

Unscrew the screws on the back of the product counterclockwise with a screwdriver.

Pull the grille downwards and detach it.

Use a screwdriver to remove the screws of the wind wheel, Push the wind wheel upwards and pull out.

Clean the dust on blades using a vacuum cleaner or air duster.

Rinse the rear grille under running water or with a clean, damp cloth.

Leave them to dry, then install the wind wheel, grille and the screws back in place, making sure the bottom pegs are fully inserted into the slots.
CAUTION:
- Always unplug the fan before any cleaning or maintenance to avoid the risk of fire, electric shock, or injuries to persons.
- Do not immerse in water or get water inside the motor housing.
- Do not insert any foreign objects into the fan body. Otherwise, it will affect the service life of the product.
- Do not use any chemical agents when cleaning the fan
- Store in a cool, dry place and cover it to protect from dust.
Troubleshooting

For GoveelLife Smart Tower Fan 2 Max (42 Inch)

The fan cannot be turned on or respond to any button touch. | Make sure that |
the cord is connected to a poweroutlet and the mains voltage corresponds with
the voltage indicated on the fan.
Check if the power adapter is damaged. If so, stop using the fan and contact
Customer Support. Plug the fan into a different outlet. The fan may be
malfunctioning. Contact Customer Support.
Airflow is weak or slow.| he fan is running at a low speed. Adjust to a higher
speed
The air inlet is blocked. Remove the obstruction
The fan makes strange noises when it is running.| Move the fan to a level
surface.
Contact Customer Support.
The fan shakes severely.| Refasten the base plates with the fan body and
tighten the screw nut.
The screen displays the error code “EO” “E1” or “E2″.| Contact Customer
Support.
For App & Connectivity
- Cannot connect to Govee Home App.
- Make sure your smartphone is powered on and is not connected with other Bluetooth devices.
- Enable the smartphone’s Location Services.
- Try connecting with another smartphone.
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Make sure you connect to your Wi-Fi router’s 2.4GHz network and that the network is working correctly.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct.
- Shorten the distance between the tower fan, Wi-Fi router, and the smartphone.
- Make sure your tower fan and the Wi-Fi router are located away from appliances that produce electromagnetic radiation (e.g. microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
- If you are using a VPN, try turning it off and then connecting the tower fan.
- Disable portal authentication for your Wi-Fi network. If portal authentication is enabled, this tower fan will not be able to access your Wi-Fi network and setup will fail. Portal authentication means that you need to sign in to your Wi-Fi network through a web page before you can use the Internet.
- Cannot find the device on the Bluetooth Device Nearby page of the app.
- The tower fan may be connected with another smartphone. Disconnect it from the other smartphone first.
- The tower fan is offline.
- Make sure the tower fan is plugged in and powered on, then refresh the “Device” page in Govee Home App by swiping down on the screen.
- Make sure your router is connected to the internet and your smartphone’s network connection is working. If the Wi-Fi password has been changed, the tower fan will automatically go offline. Try connecting it to the network again
- Delete the offline tower fan from Govee Home App, then add and reconfigure the tower fan again in the app.
