Key Description
Key Function
- Power on: Remove the headset from the charging case and the headset will automatically power on and pair. Or press and hold the touch button for 3 seconds to power on.
- Shutdown: Put it in the charging compartment to automatically shut down or press and hold the touch button for 5 seconds to shut down.
- Play/Pause: Click one of the earphone touch buttons during playback to pause playback, and click to replay during pause.
- Answer/hang up a call: Click one of the headset touch buttons to answer the incoming call. To end the call click one of the headset touch buttons to hang up.
- Reject the call: long press the headset touch button for 2-3 seconds to reject the call.
- Previous song: Double-click the main ear touch button
- Next song: Double-click the ear-attached touch button
- Volume Adjustment+: Triple-click the ear-mounted touch button
- Volume adjustment-: Triple tap the main ear touch button
- Wake up Siri/voice assistant: long press the touch button for 1.5 seconds while the phone is connected

How do I power on and pair the headset?
- Remove the earphones from the charging case. At this time, the headset will automatically power on and pair. When the indicator light of one earphone flashes alternately red and blue, and the other earphone is off, it indicates that the pairing of the earphone is successful. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth function, search for “i12” and click connect.
- When there is no charging box, press and hold the multi-function buttons of the two earphones for 3 seconds, you will hear the prompt sound of “power on”, and when the red and blue indicator lights of the earphones flash alternately, it means that the earphones are turned on. After the two earphones are powered on, they will be paired automatically, and the indicator light of one of the earphones will turn off, indicating that the two earphones have been paired successfully. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth function, search for “i12” and click connect.
- When the headset is paired for the first time, the headset will be automatically paired when turned on in the future, and it will also automatically reconnect to the connected device.
Description of the charging indicator
- Put the headset into the charging box (the magnetic contact interface should be placed correctly), and the headset will automatically enter the charging state.
- When the headset is charging: the red light is always on
- When the headset is fully charged: the indicator light is off
Precautions
Please use the charging head with 1A output, do not use the fast charging charging head, so as not to damage the charging case.
