1. Thermo-hygrometers have paired with the gateway in advance. You only need to connect the gateway to the network.
2. If you’ve only purchased the thermo-hy-grometer, skip the gateway instructions.

Set Up Your Gateway

1. Download Govee Home App.
   https://www.govee.com/apps/qrcode

2. Tap the “+” and select H5043 to add your gateway.

3. Follow the in-app instructions to complete connecting

4. The Wi-Fi Gateway icon is at the top right corner on the “Device” page.

Note: Make sure your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is functioning properly before pairing the. Wi-Fi Gateway to the network. Please check the above steps and try again if the pairing fails.

Set Up Your Thermo-Hygrometer

1. Power on your device.
   Pull out the insulation sheet

2. Download Govee Home App.
   To download Govee Home App, scan the QR code or search for “Govee” in the Apple App Store (10S) or Google Play Store (Android).

3.  Add your device to Govee Home App (If you purchased a thermo-hygrometer with a gateway, ignore this step).
   Enter the page of H5043/Wi-Fi Smart Gateway 2, tap “Add a new sub-device” to start pairing. Follow instructions in the app. to complete connecting.

4.  Find the Sub-device Single press the button of the thermo-hy- grometer, and the corresponding sub-device on the page will flash
   Note: Please check the above steps and try again if the pairing fails.

Troubleshooting

Connect the  gateway to  2.4GHz Wi-Fi
wi-fi contains special characters.| Change the Wi-Fi name  and password.
Wi-Fiis out of range.| Keep the gateway and router within100m.
The ther- mo-hy- grometer doesn’t work.|  Battery  doesn’t work.| Pull out the insulation sheet before using or
reinstall the batery.
| Battery is dead.| Replace the battery.
Gateway is offiine.|  Shorten the distance between the gateway and
router.
The ther- mo-hy- grome- ter sends. delayed alertsor
does not alert APP – cannot -refresh data.|  Appdoesnt  have permission.| Enable notification  permissions for Govee Home
App.
| The distance potweenthe garaway and thermo-hy-grometer s too
far,|  Keep the  distance  between the  gateway and
the thermo-hy- grometer lessey 400m/1320ft.
| The thermo-hy- grometers Long Battery Life Mode is on.| Turn off this  mode.

2. Do not try to forcefully disassemble the device,
