Charging Options

Note: Do not charge through fast charger or adapters with input higher than 5V 1A.(Like a laptop or computer) You can charge the stylus in three ways!

Quick Start

1. Press the button on the top of the stylus. The blue light will turn on which indicates it’s ready to go.
2. Now you can have this stylus work with various APPs on your touchscreen devices.
3. Press the button again and the stylus will turn off.
   Please Note: With power saving design, the stylus will automatically power off every 30 minutes.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. It does not need a Bluetooth connection. Just press the button on top to turn it on and it’s ready to go.
2. If your phone or tablet was ever used with Apple Pencil through Bluetooth connection which prevents any other stylus pen from working with the touch screen, please forget the Apple Pencil on the Bluetooth and turn off the Bluetooth.
3. If the stylus does not write, please try to write with your finger on the touch screen. If your finger can write, it indicates that the stylus can also write. If your finger cannot write, it indicates the setting only allows Apple Pencil to write. In such case, please open settings, click the APP you are trying to use, and turn off “Only Draw the Apple Pencil”.
4. If the stylus still does not write, you may need to reset the phone or tablet to the default setting (without deleting any APP) for this stylus pen to work: please go to Settings– General–Reset–Reset All Settings.
5. Example of using the pages and notes app with the stylus. When using the Pages app, click on the + sign at the upper right corner then click on the drawing category (2nd from the bottom). When using the notes app, click on the + sign in the circle at the bottom right corner, then click on the “add sketch” category.

GoodNotes

1. If your device has ever been used with Apple Pencil, make sure you have disconnected Apple Pencil in the APP before using the stylus: Go to Stylus & Palm Rejection > Smart Stylus > Choose None.
2. If the stylus does not write, please adjust the sensitivity in GoodNotes: Go to Stylus & Palm Rejection > Sensitivity > Choose Medium or Low.
3. If the stylus writes but the words disappear, please adjust the sensitivity to High.

OneNote

1. Make sure you have chosen Draw mode. The stylus will not work under Insert or View modes.
2. Check Drawing Mode and turn on Draw with Touch.

Notes

1. Make sure you have turned off Only Draw with Apple Pencil: Go to Settings, find Notes, and turn off Only Draw with Apple Pencil in the lower right corner.
2. Click on the + sign in the circle at the bottom right corner, then click on the Add Sketch category.

1. The device and its accessories are not intended for use by children. Children should only use the device with adult supervision.
2. The device has a built-in, non-removable battery. Don’t attempt to remove the battery, otherwise the device may be damaged.
3. The ideal operating temperature is 0 to 35 Celsius. The ideal storage temperature is -10 to 45 Celsius.

5. Do not dismantle the device and its accessories.
6. Fully charge the stylus after use which is better for battery life. If you use the stylus till its charge drains, the battery may be damaged.
