Pick a Box Terms and Conditions

1. This Pick a Box giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organised by Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd. (“Singtel”). Employees and agents of Singtel engaged in connection with the development or operation of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter the giveaway. Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the Giveaway and confirm to the organizing team that such consent has been given, by their participation in the giveaway. The organizing team reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its discretion. Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in this Giveaway is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the participant. The organizing team reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from participating in the Giveaway that the organizing team in its absolute discretion believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring the organizing team into disrepute. In the event the prize has already been awarded to such a person, the prize must be returned to the organizing team at such person’s cost and expense.

2. The Giveaway is only open to all Singtel customers who transact on singtel.com (“Customers”). Singtel may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the giveaway.

3. To qualify for the giveaway, Customers will have to purchase any of the following products on singtel.com:
   (a) 24-month Mobile Plan – XO Plus 52 / 72 / 92 / 122 / 172 / 288;
   (b) 24-month Fibre Broadband Plan – WiFi 5 Plans / WiFi 6 plans / 2G WiFi 6 plan with Lifestyle Product bundles / 1+1 gamer bundle;
   (c) Singtel TV Pack;
   (d) SIM Only Plus plans – SOP 30 / 45 / 55; or
   (e) Accessories purchase of at least $150 in a single transaction.

4. The eligible transaction period runs from 7:00 AM, 19 June 2023 to 23:59 PM on 31 August 2023.
   Purchases made before/after this period will not be eligible for the giveaway.

5. Every eligible transaction is entitled to one redemption for the Giveaway. Eligible customers will be sent a QR code within 2 weeks of their purchase. Customers are required to redeem a blind-box from any of our 3 vending machines in Singapore.

6. The redemption period runs from 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023 (“Redemption Period’), while stocks last. If a Customer does not redeem their prizes before the end of the Redemption Period, or fails to comply with any instructions specified by Singtel, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Singtel accepts no responsibility for orders not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

8. Eligible prizes include:
   (a) A pair of Golden Village All Days Gold Class movie e-Voucher
   (b) A pair of SEA Aquarium ticket
   (c) A pair of Bird Paradise ticket
   (d) Singtel Exclusive Reusable Bag
   Prizes dispensed from the vending machine are randomised and masked in a blind-box.

9. Prizes obtained are non-exchangeable and no alternative is offered. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Singtel expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and Customers agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Singtel reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Singtel’s control makes it necessary to do so.

11. The decision of Singtel regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Singtel reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

13. Singtel reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.

14. Singtel, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate Customers or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize or participation in this giveaway except where it is caused by the negligence of Singtel, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each Customer agrees to indemnify Singtel against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this giveaway.

15. By entering the giveaway, Customers agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Singtel and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the giveaway and is subject to Singtel Data Protection Policy
    (https://www.singtel.com/data-protection) and Singtel General Terms & Conditions
    (https://www.singtel.com/terms-general). Customers consent to and authorize Singtel to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to the Customers, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).

16. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this giveaway, in particular that relating to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Singtel and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.

17. This Giveaway shall be governed by Singapore law and each Customer agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

Lucky draw Terms & Conditions

1. This lucky draw is conducted by Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd (Singtel Mobile).

2. The lucky draw is only open to all Singtel customers who transact on singtel.com (“Customers”). Singtel Mobile may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the giveaway.

3. Qualifying period is from 19 June 2023 to 31 August 2023.

4. To qualify for the lucky draw, Customers will have to purchase any of the following products on singtel.com:
   (a) 24-month Mobile Plan – XO Plus 52 / 72 / 92 / 122 / 172 / 288;
   (b) 24-month Fibre Broadband Plan – WiFi 5 Plans / WiFi 6 plans / 2G WiFi 6 plan with Lifestyle Product bundles / 1+1 gamer bundle;
   (c) Singtel TV Pack;
   (d) SIM Only Plus plans – SOP 30 / 45 / 55; or
   (e) Accessories purchase of at least $150 in a single transaction.

5. There shall be three (3) winners for the Lucky Draw. Eligible prizes to be won:
   (a) Xbox Series S – Fortnite & Rocket League (Console Only);
   (b) Sony PlayStation®5 Console;
   (c) Samsung Tab S6 Lite WiFi;

6. Winner will be determined by random draw at Comcentre, 31 Exeter Road on 14 September 2023.

7. Winner will be contacted by SMS or phone through the contact number provided within 7 days after the draw is conducted. Winners who are not contactable within two (2) consecutive working days shall be disqualified and Singtel Mobile shall draw an additional winner to substitute the disqualified winner.

8. Winners will receive a redemption email with information on how to redeem the prize.

9. Winners shall collect their prize at Singtel Comcentre along with their original NRIC or Passport within the collection period specified by Singtel Mobile. Any uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

10. The prize is not exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other prizes. There will be no replacement in the event the redemption email is lost.

11. By entering the lucky draw, participants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Singtel and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the lucky draw and is subject to Singtel Data Protection Policy

12. Singtel reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw any terms and conditions without prior notice, if we are required to do so.
