Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Loosen the Knob Loosen the knob to create space between the two plates for inserting the wire.
Step 2: Insert the Wire
Place the wire between the plates, aligning it with the desired spacing marked on the top plate.
Step 3: Tighten the Knob and Bend the Wire
Securely tighten the knob to hold the wire in place. Use your fingers to bend the wire down to form a right angle with the bottom plate. Apply pressure with your fingers to shape the wire against the gauge.
Step 4: Complete the Bend
Continue bending the wire to achieve the desired shape.
Step 5: Remove Wire Form
Loosen the knob to clear the guide pin, then remove the wire form. Trim the wire legs to the desired length.
Note:
The soft wire bends easier but may nick and kink. Hardwire stays straight but is difficult to bend. Use wire that is hard enough to hold its shape but can still be bent easily in the gauge. Avoid using clamps or pliers.
