This is due to the way the Crystal Reports Viewer install works. It can take
up to 30 minutes for it to install, depending on the operating system and
hardware speed. Please let it continue to install and eventually it will
finish.
This article applies to all wasp software that uses the Crystal Reports
Viewer.
