Paddle Boards Inflator Pump

TSP-2040 electric air pump is suitable for SUP paddle board, inflatable boat, inflatable tent, and other inflatable products with universal inflatable ports, which also has deflation function.

Screen display

1. Large HD LCD display, LCD size (52 x 24mm).
2. SET VALUE and REAL TIME simultaneously display.
3. Separate icons for 12V car powered and battery powered.
4. When the motor is working, the icon“ ” lights up to show that the motor is working.
5. When the setting icon“ ” lights up, entering the setting mode, you can set any value of 1-20PSI.
6. Timeout warning icon“ ”is provided. When the pump has been working continuously for more than 15 minutes, the warning icon will flash. If continuously working for more than 20 minutes, the warning icon will be always on.
7. When charging the built-in lithium battery, the charging progress bar“ ”is displayed in 4 grids on the screen, and each grid is  25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

Button operation

1. full touch buttons“ － ”,“＋”, “ ”.
2. Long press“ ”to turn on the screen, and then short press again to start.
3. Built-in fixed pressure value 12PSI/15PSI/20PSI. Adjust fixed pressure value by short pressing the plus and minus buttons.
4. For other pressure value settings, press“ － ”and“＋” buttons. Long press the“ － ”button or“＋” button to enter the setting mode, with the setting value (SET VALUE) flashing, and set the required air pressure value through“ － ”or“＋” . After setting, the SET VALUE flashes 3 times and is automatically saved(or short press“ ” to save).

Instructions

Inflation:

1. Connect the air tube, choose the matching air nozzle and silicone gasket you need.
2. Connect the bellows connector to the “INFLATE” side and tighten it clockwise, and insert the other end into the paddle air port.
3. Select the power supply mode, built-in lithium battery powered or external 12V car powered.
4. Long press“ ”to start and light up the screen, long press the button or “ － ”button to “＋”set the required inflation value, and short press the power button“ ”to start the inflation. When the pressure reaches the set value, the pump stops automatically and completes the inflation.

Deflation

1. Connect the bellows connector to the “DEFLATE” side and tighten it clockwise, and insert the other end into the paddle air port.
2. Long press “ ”to start and light up the screen, long press“ ”button to start deflation, and manually short press“ ” button to finish the deflation.

Charging

1. Do not turn on or use the pump while charging.
2. For products with built-in lithium battery, we have special charger, DC12.6V/1A output with rotary lamp.
3. Insert the charger into the household power supply 220V, the charger indicator light turns green, and then insert the DC head of the charging cable into the charging port, the charging indicator will turn in red, the power bar on the display screen will show the charging progress, and the display will turn off after 30 seconds.
4. When the screen shows 4 grids of full charge, the indicator light of the charger changes from red to green, and the battery is fully charged.

Precautions and warning

1. Do not block the air inlet at the bottom of the air pump. Make sure that the air inlet is unobstructed at all times.
2. When the air tube is damaged, do not operate the pump, please replace the hose immediately.
3. Please do not unplug the hose while inflating to avoid high pressure injury.
4. Do not continuously use the air pump for more than 15 minutes, the motor may overheat and cause internal damage, when working for 15 minutes, please stay cool for 30 minutes.
5. Avoid hot sun exposure.
6. This product cannot be exposed to rain or immersed in water.
7. Please don’t leave while inflating.
8. In order to avoid danger, do not aim the air port at the face or body when the air pump is working.
9. If any internal parts are damaged, please do not use them and contact a professional for repairing.
10. Can not use the pump while charging the built-in battery.
11. This product is suitable for the use of conventional inflatable products such as SUP boards, inflatable boats, inflatable tents etc on the market.
