Matters Needing Attention

  1. Keep the device dry. Do not allow the device, battery, or charger to contact water and vapor, or handle the device or charger with wet hands. Otherwise, it may cause short circuit, failure due to corrosion, or electric shock.
  2. Do not shock or shock the device, battery, or charger. Otherwise, the device, battery, or charger may fail.
  3. Do not place the device, battery, or charger in an area where the temperature is too high or too low. Otherwise, the device, battery, or charger may fail.

Battery Charging and Usage

It is recommended to fully charge the battery of the device before using it for the first time.
The first time you use a tablet, it’s likely to be a fake charge, so don’t worry. You need to charge the tablet twice, the first time to 100%, discharge· to 0%, and the second time to 100%, and then it’s ready for normal use.

  1. To ensure a longer battery life, it is recommended to drain it completely before recharging. If you do not use your tablet for long periods of time, charge it and use it once a month to avoid battery damage.
  2. When the battery is completely exhausted, connect the device to the adapter and wait a few minutes before it has enough power to enter the main menu.
  3. When charging, the device will enter standby mode until it has enough power. It is recommended not to use the device during charging, as it will take longer to charge if the device is left on during charging.

Start

Key function description:

(power)| Short press the sleep/wake up function and long press the on-off function

Power-on and power-off

Power-on
Long press the POWER button for 2 seconds to see the startup screen. After the system is started, the screen is locked. Please unlock it.

power-off

  1. When you hold down the POWER key, the shutdown option will appear.
  2. Click on Shutdown.

USB connection

Storage Settings for the tablet Before transferring files, you must first set the storage mode for your tablet:

  1. Connect the tablet to your computer using a USB cable. A notification is displayed in the notification bar.
  2. Open the notification panel to view the status and notification of the tablet.
  3. In the Notification panel, click USS Connected, and then click USS Storage Device Figure 3.4
  4. The USB connection is successful.

Copy the file to the memory card

  1. Connect the tablet to the computer using a USB cable.
  2. After following the storage Settings of the tablet, the computer is successfully connected.
  3. open your computer on My Computer and view the contents of Removable Disk (x).
  4. 0pen your computer on My Computer and view the contents of Removable Disk (x).
  5. After the copy is complete, click Close USB Storage Device to uninstall it.

Input text

Using a screen keyboard
The on-screen keyboard appears when you launch a program or select a text edit box that requires you to enter a text or number. The default keyboard is Android keyboard

Basic Setting

Wireless and network

Set up wifi connection

  1. 0n the main menu, select the Settings application
  2. Click WLAN and turn on wifi. The tablet will automatically scan for available Wi-Fi wireless networks. Figure 4.1
  3. Select the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to. If the Wi-Fi network is encrypted, a window for entering a password will pop up.

Date and time

By default, the system automatically uses the date, time zone, and time provided by the network.
Manually adjust the date, time, and time zone.

  1. Click on Setup Application.
  2. Scroll down the screen and click on the date and time.
  3. Turn off automatic date and time determination.
  4. Disable automatic time zone determination.
  5. Click to select a time zone, and then select a time zone from the list. Scroll down the list to see more time zones.
  6. Click the Set Date, then click the Up or Down button to adjust the date, month, and year, and when you’re done click Settings.
  7. Click Set Time. Then click the up or Down button to adjust the hour and minute, and click AM or PM to change the morning or afternoon (this option is not available when selecting a 24-hour format). Click Settings to complete.
  8. Select the Use 24 Hour Format check box to switch between using
  9. hour format or 24 hour format. The selected time format is also applied to the time format displayed on the alarm clock.
  10. Click to select the date format, and then select the format in which you want to display the date on the tablet.

Note: If you automatically use the time provided by the network, you cannot set the date, time, and time zone yourself.

Setting language

Click the Settings app.
Select Language and input method.
Click on the language, and then select the language you want. Scroll down the list to see more languages .

Troubleshooting

  1. The tablet starts slowly for the first time?
    After upgrading the tablet system, you need to install the pre-installed application software when you start up the tablet system for the first time, which takes about 2-3 minutes, and then it will be faster.

  2. The tablet doesn’t connect to WIFI?
    Ensure th.at the network is 2.4G. This product does not support 5G network for the time being Ensure that the wireless routing that provides network services works properly.
    Make sure that the distance between the tablet and the wireless route is maintained and that there are no walls or other obstacles separating them. Make sure you enter the correct user name and password.

  3. The tablet feels hot?
    Heat may occur when using more than one app at a time, or when the screen is on full brightness and charging. This is normal.

  4. The system fails to run properly
    When you install some third-party applications, the system may fail to run properly. You can reset the system by pressing the reset key (next to the power port).

  5. Unable to open web page?
    Please keep the distance between the route and the tablet within the effective distance Please restart WIFI and try again

  6. Tablets sometimes run slowly?
    This is a normal phenomenon. In advanced task management, terminate some unnecessary applications and uninstall some third-party applications to release more system resources

  7. Can’t turn it on, can’t charge it?
    Tip 1 : There is a small hole next to the power button, press it for one second with a small needle, and then long press the power button for ten seconds
    Tip 2: Charge the tablet for more than 30 minutes, then press the boot

  8. What if the computer can’t find the disk for file transfer?
    Unplug the interface of the tablet, re-insert it and set up the transfer for the tablet, the computer will be able to display the disk.
