STEP 1: Unpack and check the contents of the box and check the parts list.

STEP 2: BALL CLAMP ASSEMBLY.
(A) Use two of the M6 bolts and attach the 2 x C sections of the clamp
together. If needed insert the rubber collar around the inside of the ball
clamp.
NOTE : The raised lip of the rubber collar will be nice around the edge
of the clamp. The edges of the joint should be “ush, if not turn one of the c
sections around.
STEP 3: ATTACHING THE BALL CLAMP TO THE TWIN ROD HOLDERS
(A) Attach the ball clamp to the twin rod holder by inserting the two locator
lugs into holders on the rod holder bracket. On the other side of the twin
holders.
You insert the bolt through the hole and thread it into the clamp and tighten.
NOTE : The clamp has two location lugs with a threaded center hole. The
twin holder has a hole to insert the bolt into the clamp. You can adjust what
angle you require later.
STEP4: ATTACHING TWIN ROD HOLDERS TO T TOP.
NOTE : The clamp size is 2inch you will use the rubber collar to attach
to the Dolphin T Top.
The outer lip of the rubber collar will be nice around the shape of the ball
clamp.
On the Dolphin T Top, there are 4 areas at the back of the top frame for
locating your twin rod holders – so you can have 8 rods across the back, and
if needed there is a position at the front.
Attaching the twin rod holders is simple and quick.
(A) Place the rubber collar around the t-top frame. Put the half C section of
the clamp on top of the rubber collar. Then use the two bolts and attach them
to the other half of the clamp holding the rod holder.
You can rotate the clamp around the tube to angle the rod holders to the
position you want. If you need to angle the outer position rods away from the
boat you can by adjusting the lugs in the clamp.
INSTALLATION GUIDE – Dolphin Twin Rod Holders.
WARNING:
Remove your rods when towing the boat behind your vehicle.
Ensure your rods will not bounce out of your holders whilst using your boat.
Check that your rod holders are tight before using your boat.
Care and maintain your racks. Clean with soapy water and rinse o” and dry.
Use a marine clear protection spray on bolts for the best maintenance.
WARRANTY
Indy warrants the product (not including other 3rd party accessories) against
manufactures defects.
To claim you must contact Dolphin or its Distributor. The product/part is to
be sent to the Distributor for inspection where it will either be repaired or
replaced. (Unless otherwise agreed in writing) The customer is liable for
costs associated with shipping the product/part to Dolphin T-Tops.
Dolphin is not responsible for personal injury or damage to the boat caused by
the use of rod holders or any transport charges or cost of installation or
removal of the rod holders.
Dolphin is not liable for direct or indirect or consequential damages
resulting from delay or improper installation.
The warranty does NOT cover anodized, polished, powder-coated surfaces as well
as any hardware corrosion, rubber collars, or bungee cords. They are specially
excluded as their care and use cannot be controlled by Dolphin T-Tops.
No dealer, retailer, or manufacturer is the agent of James G Pty Ltd and may
not assume any liability in connection with this warranty. This warranty is in
lieu of all.
