For humanitarian, our bark collar does not electric shock function. Although
we have made the product’s vibration ability strong enough, due to the
different sensory abilities of each dog, there are still 3%~5% of dogs that do
not respond to the use of bark collar (whatever brand).

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

WARNING: please charge the product with a 5v Output charger only!

This item is suitable for dogs weighing less than 5-18 lbs.
Do not useit with aggressive dogs. Please use it under supervision. -
Please do not leave the product on dogs for more than 12 hours. Prolonged wear is the reason why training collars on the market can leave scars on a dog’s neck. Please do not tie the leash to the collar.

Check the exposed area daily for rashes or sores. If you notice it, stop using this product immediately until the skin heals.

Clean the dog’s neck area, probe cover with a damp cloth weekly.

Environmental noise, temperature, breed, or the dog’s size may affect the effectiveness of an anti-bark collar. For more information, please refer to the relevant sensitivity level recommendations.

If you don’t use it for a long time, charge the collar once a month.

If the battery is exhausted, it will take more than 50% of the time to activate. (in this case, the battery will not be damaged)

Keep the charging port dry before plugging in the cable and charging the collar!

PRODUCT USAGE
Charging
Please fully charge the bark control collar before you use.
- When there is a low battery, please charge it in time;
- Please use an adapter (within an output voltage of 5V2A) to charge the product. Otherwise, it may cause permanent damage to the product.
- It is recommended to connect to a computer USB interface, a mobile phone charger or a mobile power supply for charging to meet the product charging input requirements.
Power on the Bark Control Collar

Long press the switch button to power on. While running, click this button to adjust the bark recognition sensitivity of the product.

Levels 1-H are the adjustment of the bark recognition sensitivity of the product, 1 is the lowest sensitivity value, and H is the highest sensitivity value.

The barking collar adopts an intelligent recognition IC, which can identify the barking frequency and decibel of the dog.
However, in the actual application environment, some dog barks may be special, and a small part of dog barks may be similar to the dog bark frequency in the actual environment, so we recommend the following methods of use. -
Sensitivity Setting
Click the power button to select sensitivity.

Fit the Collar

Make sure your pet is standing comfortably to fit it correctly (3A).

Place the collar on the middle of your pet’s neck and avoid it being loose (3B).

The collar should fit snugly. But be sure it is loose enough to allow two fingers to put between the strap and your pet’s neck(3C).

The bark control collar is made of ABS plastic and compound rubber, please prevent dog bites.

Please adjust the length of the leash.Cut off the excess part of the nylon collar and burn the cut interface with fire. Be careful with burning.

Do not use the collar directly as a binding leash, as this can cause great damage to the dog and the product.

It is recommended to wear no more than 12 hours a day.
Please observe the dog’s wearing condition regularly. Prolonged wearing may affect the dog’s skin. If it causes adverse effects, please stop wearing it.

Stay with your dog during the initial period of use as it needs to get used to the product
- We do not recommend using bark collars when playing with other dogs. Dogs bark easily because they get excited when they are playing.
- When wearing the product for the first time, please choose the 3-level recognition, which is the medium sensitivity level.
- If certain sounds can activate the product, the frequency of the sound may be similar to that of a dog barking. If the dog is in such a sound environment, the sensitivity can be appropriately reduced.
- The bark collar collects most of the barking. If your dog’s barking sometimes fails to activate the product, you can try to increase the level.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: Why does the product not work when the dog barks?
A: First, make sure the product fits snugly, but loose enough that one finger can fit between the shoulder strap and your pet's neck. Some dogs bark weakly, in which case you will need to increase the sensitivity of the product. Thick hair in the neck area may also reduce barking, so trim the hair near the product area.
Q: Why is the product triggered sometimes in a noisy environment though the dog isn't barking?
A: Although we have optimized the bark detection system to the best, some environmental noises are likely to be similar to a dog's barking frequency, so there is a high chance of activating the product, please adjust the sensitivity level of the product. Level H is the highest level and level 1 is the lowest level. In this case try level 1 sensitivity. But generally, the sensitivity setting at level 3 is the best working level. Level H sensitivity is for quiet environments. Please use levels 1-3 in your daily life.
Q: Can I use this product while other dogs are playing?
A: Dogs will bark excitedly when playing. For your pet's comfort and safety, we do not recommend using this product in such an environment.
Q: Will this product stop my dog's howling?
A: No, this bark control collar is only for barking detection. It cannot detect or stop a dog's howling.
Q: Can I charge this product with any type of charger?
A: No, please do charge this product with a charger of 5V output voltage, because a charger with an output voltage of 9V or 12V may cause damage to the product.
Q: Will my dog stop barking completely?
A: The barking control collar effectively and humanely stops all barking when worn. Please do not wear it when not needed.
Q: Will the barking of other dogs activate my dog collar?
A: The bark collar can filter out most outside sounds, but if your other dog is too close to this collar, we recommend that you should use a sensitivity level 1 to reduce the activation of the product.
Q: Can I tie the belt around the collar?
A: Sorry, it might be stressful for the dog.
