Although we have made the product’s vibration ability strong enough, due to the different sensory abilities of each dog, there are still 3%~5% of dogs that do not respond to the use of bark collars (whatever brand). But don’t worry, we won’t make you lose anything. If you find such a problem, we will be very grateful that you contact us, and we will properly solve the problem for you. What’s in the box

Notes

1. An improper charger means one with an output voltage over 5 V, which can usually be seen on the surface of it.
2. Use the magnetic charging cable in the package, another magnetic charging cable may not be suitable for the product and may cause electric damage.

Charging

Please fully charge the bark control collar before you use it.

• When Product is on a charge, battery bar blinks from left to right and 2 indicators blink fast.
• When a product is fully charged, the battery stops blinking and 2 indicators become solid.

You can charge the product via PC, Power Bank or Charger with output voltage of 5V for 2-3 hours.

Power on the Bark Control Collar

• Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to power it on.
• The display will turn on and 2 indicators start to blink slowly.

Set the Bar Cortre! air to Test Mode, the display will show the digit 0.
After that, imitate a doy warr towards the sensor Mic located at the back of the product.

The Bark Control Collar responds at Test Mode:
When the product is set on Test Mode it will deliver tone, vibration and static shock after you imitate dog bark towards the sensor Mic whicheverfunction icons are on.

Hold the Test Bulb Tool on the contact points when testing the shock function.

Note: The hexagon hole on the Test BulbTool can be used to fasten or unfasten- the Probes to the Contact Points.

Mode Setting

The following instructions will guide you through the process of switching modes.

Press the Mode Button to switch modes, mode icons will be changed according in the display.

4 Modes

Fit the collar

• 2A. To ensure a proper fit, make sure your pet is standing comfortably (refer to 3A).
• 2B. Place the collar in the middle of your pet’s neck and adjust it to avoid any looseness (refer to 3B).
• 2C. lt’s important to fit the collar snugly, but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers between the strap and your pet’s neck (refer to 3C).
• 2D. Please ensure that the contact points are in contact with your dog’s neck. f your dog has long fur.use longer contact points or trim the fur to ensure proper contact and avoid the shock not working due to non-conduction of fur.
• 2E. The collar is made of ABS plastic and compound rubber, please prevent your dog from biting it.
• 2F The contact points are made of silicone and are designed for comfortable wear for most dogs.your dog is allergic to silicone or feels uncomfortable wearing the collar, please stop using it and consult a veterinarian.
• 2G. Do not use the collar as a binding leash as it can cause harm to your dog and damage the product.
• 2H. We recommend not exceeding 12 hours of wearing time per day, and please check your dog’s skin regularly while wearing the collar as prolonged wearing time may affect their skin.

LED Indicator

How lt Works

Variable Warning Tone Mode
Remains in Step 7 if your dog keeps barking. Back to step 1 if the device is not activated for 35 seconds.

Vibration Mode
Remains in Step 4 if your dog keeps barking. Back to step 1 if the device is not activated for 35 seconds.

Variable Warning Tone +Vibration Mode
Remains in Step 7 if your dog keeps barking. Back to step 1 if the device not activated for 35 seconds.

Variable Warning Tone+ Vibration + Shock Mode
Remains in Step 7 if your dog keeps barking. Back to step 1 if the device not activated for 35 seconds.

The product will go to next step if your dog keeps barking within 35 seconds. The product will automatically go back to Step 1 if it is not activated within 35 seconds.

Q: Why doesn’t the product work when the dog barks?
A: Please first ensure to fit the product snugly. yet loose enough to allow one finger to fit between the strap and your pet’s neck Some dogs have weak barking in this case you will need to level up the sensitivity level Thick coat on the neck area may also have small chance to decreasing the thesensing from the barking, trim the coat near the area where you place the product.

Q: Why is the product triggered sometimes in a noisy environment though the dog isn’t barking?
A: Though we have optimized the barking detection to the best, some environmental noises may have a similar frequency to barking which may have a small chance of activating the product Please lower the sensitivity level.

Q: Can I use the product when other dogs are playing around?
A: Dogs will bark when playing and get excited, for the comfort and safety of your pet, we don’t suggest using this product in such an environment.

Q: How do l know if I can use this product for my pet?
A: The product is designed for healthy dogs over 6 months old. Most importantly, this product cannot be used on unhealthy,or aggressive dogs and if you are unsure whether this product is appropriate for your pet, please consult your veterinarian or a certified trainer.

Q: Can this product stop my dog’s howl?
A: No, this Bark Control Collar is designed to detect barking only. It cannot detect or stop the howling.

Q: Can I charge this product with any type of charger?
A: No, you are suggested to charge this product with a charger of 5V output voltage, because a charger with output voltage of 9V or 12V may cause damage to the product The product will stop charging automatically if input voltage becomes too high and the power indicator turns red.

Q: Is the Bark Control Collar safe and humane?
A: Yes. The Bark Control Collar is designed to get your dog’s attention, not to punish him. However, the initial Static Shock correction may startle your dog.
