Product Usage Instructions
Facility
WARNING: Before installation, disconnect power at the main fuse box.
- Remove all parts and part packages from the box.
- Carefully pull house wires down out of the junction box to easily access them for connecting the fixture wires.
- Place the mounting bracket (A) against the junction box with the screw collar loop (E) pointing down towards the floor. Align each slot in the mounting bracket (A) with each hole in the junction box.
- Thread one junction box screw (B) into each slot in the mounting bracket (A) and into the holes in the junction box. Tighten the junction box screws (B) to secure the mounting bracket (A) to the junction box. Make sure the house wires are still easily accessible and not pinched between the mounting bracket and ceiling.
- Rotate the arms until they are evenly spaced apart.
Fixture Assembly
- Place the ring (P) against the bottom of the fixture body (O). Pass the threaded studs on the bottom of the fixture body through the holes along the inside of the ring (P).
- Screw one spacer (R) onto the end of each threaded stud0 protruding from the ring (P).
- Fit the bottom trim (M) inside the ring (P). Pass the holes in the ends of the bottom trim (M) over the threaded studs.
- Using the hex wrench (N), thread one screw (L) into each hole in the bottom trim (M) and into the spacers (R). Tighten the screws (L) to secure the bottom trim (M) in place. Do not over tighten.
- Connect one locking link (G) to the loop.
- Determine the desired hanging height of the fixture and cut the chain (H) to achieve the desired height.
- Slip the chain link at the end of the chain (H) onto the locking link (G) on the loop.
- Weave the fixture wires through the chain links, skipping every other chain link.
- Slip the threaded ring (F) and then the canopy (D) down over the end of the chain (H).
Wire Connections
- Strip 3/4 of insulation from the ends of the fixture wires.
- Carefully push the fixture wires up through the hole in the screw collar loop (W) attached to the mounting bracket (A) and out of the end of the threaded pipe inside the junction box. Pull the fixture wires so they are easily accessible to connect to the house wires.
- To help in connecting the fixture wires to the house wires, temporarily connect the second locking link (G) to the link at the end of the chain (H) and to the screw collar loop (W).
- Slightly loosen the ground screw on the mounting bracket (A), but do not completely remove it. Wrap the house ground wire (copper) around the ground screw, leaving enough ground wire to attach to the fixture ground wire.
- Twist the end of the fixture ground wire and the end of the house ground wire together. Twist the wire nut (C) onto the ends of the wires. Completely tighten the wire nut (C). Refer to the chart below for correct wire connections.

Installation Instructions
- Carefully pull house wires down out of junction box so house wires are easily accessed to connect fixture wires.
- If screw collar loop (W) is already attached to mounting bracket (A), proceed to Step 3. To assemble screw collar loop (W) to mounting bracket (A): Hold mounting bracket (A) so head of ground screw is pointing down towards floor. Hold threaded pipe so two hexnuts already attached to threaded pipe (E) are pointing down towards floor. From side of mounting bracket with ground screw head, screw short end of threaded pipe (E) into hole in center of mounting bracket (A) until hexnut on threaded pipe (E) touches mounting bracket. Thread hexnut (V) onto end of threaded pipe (E). Tighten hexnut (V) to secure threaded pipe (E) to mounting bracket (A). Thread screw collar loop (W) onto end of threaded pipe pointing down towards floor. Tighten screw collar loop up against hexnut on threaded pipe (E).
- Place mounting bracket (A) up against junction box. Screw collar loop (E) should be pointing down towards floor. Align each slot in mounting bracket (A) with each hole in junction box.
- Thread one junction box screw (B) into each slot in mounting bracket (A) and into holes in junction box. Tighten junction box screws (B) to secure mounting bracket (A) to junction box.
- CAUTION: Make sure house wires are still easily accessible. DO NOT pinch wires between mounting bracket and ceiling.
- Rotate arms until arms are evenly spaced apart.
- Place ring (P) up against bottom of fixture body (O). Pass threaded studs on bottom of fixture body through holes along inside of ring (P).
- Screw one spacer (R) onto end of each threaded stud protruding from ring (P).
- Fit bottom trim (M) inside ring (P). Pass holes in ends of bottom trim (M) over threaded studs.
- Using hex wrench (N), thread one screw (L) into each hole in bottom trim (M) and into spacers (R). Tighten screws (L) to secure bottom trim (M) in place. DO NOT over tighten.
- Connect one locking link (G) to loop.
- Determine desired hanging height of fixture. Cut chain (H) to length to achieve desired height.
- Slip chain link at end of chain (H) onto locking link (G) on loop.
- Weave fixture wires through chain links, skipping every other chain link.
-
Slip threaded ring (F) then canopy (D) down over end of chain (H).
