Safety

Lumonite lamps are equipped with a thermal protection system that lowers light intensity automatically, if the lamp is insuFIciently cooled.
WARNING! Besides light energy, the lamp produces a lot of heat. Make sure that there are no obstacles or dirt on the lamp’s lens or in the immediate vicinity!
Use the keylock to prevent unintentional switching on e.g. in pocket!
Because the lamp will cool down through its aluminum body, it is perfectly normal even if the body warms significantly. It is a good idea to use a lower light level for the lamp in warm weather or when working in one place.
Do not charge the battery at temperature below 0°C.

Warranty & Service

Lumonite® offers a 60-month warranty for the lamps, covering material and manufacturing defects. If the lamp fails under normal use during the warranty, return the product to the place of purchase or directly to the importer with a receipt of purchase. If the lamp is used improperly or the lamp is serviced by anyone other than Lumonite® or their authorized representative, the warranty will be void. Lumonite® also services its products after the warranty has expired, if maintenance is possible. In this case, the customer will, however, pay for delivery and any components.
Important: all batteries lose capacity over time. The 60 months warranty does not cover normal wear of the battery, because how it is used significantly affects the lifespan of the battery. Lumonite® batteries have 12 months and the chargers have 24 months factory warranty.
