Product Features

• RALENO RGB-S116 is a newly designed RGB LED Key Light, which uses 68 RGBWW five-color LED lamp beads. It also uses backlight technology and has a scientific lamp bead arrangement to make the illumination softer.

• The brightness of the LED Key Light can be adjusted between 0%~100% in all modes. The color temperature can be adjusted between 2500K-8500K in CCT mode. The color gamut can be adjusted between 0-360°and the color saturation can be adjusted between 0-100 in HSI mode, and there are 6 kinds of special lighting effects in SCENE mode.

• The included swivel bracket supports multi-angle adjustments, for flexible and dynamic use.

• The LED Key Light is equipped with RALENO’s original embedded 2.4G wireless remote control.
  The high-definition display on the remote control can display the current mode, brightness, RGB color gamut, saturation, color temperature, special effects and other parameters.

• RaLeno’s original embedded 2.4G wireless remote control provides you with more ways to customize your lighting. You can magnetically attach the remote behind the LED Key Light or remove it for mobile use, and the remote can be attached to any iron tool. The 2.4G wireless remote control can be used within a 20 meter distance (if no obstacles are obstructing it).

• The RGB-S116 has a built-in rechargeable battery, and is also equipped with a Type-C charging cable, which supports DC/AC power supply. It can be used while charging. A 4-segment LED indicator on the back of the LED Key Light tracks your battery level.

Safety Warning

1. To prevent the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the LED Key Light to rain or moisture.
2. When you find that the LED Key Light emits smoke or smells, please cut off the power immediately and stop using it. And please do not hesitate to contact RALENO’s after-sales team: [email protected], we will help you solve your problem within 24 hours.
3. Do not disassemble the LED Key Light by yourself, touching the internal parts of the light may cause injury. In case of light failure, or when the light is damaged due to falling or other accidents, please stop using it and contact RALENO’s after-sales team,  we will solve the problem for you within 24 hours.
4. Keep the light out of reach from Children. Please follow this precaution to avoid injury.

Notes on Cleaning

Please use a dry soft cloth to clean the LED Key Light. You can use a cloth lightly dampened with some mild detergent to remove hard-to-remove dirt. Then dry it with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as thinner, gasoline or alcohol, as these solvents can damage the protective coating on the surface.

Product Operation and Use

1. Product installation
1.1 bracket installation
Take out the weighted base , telescopic pole and 360°spherical head. Align the threaded bottom of the telescopic pole with threaded hole in the weighted base and turn the telescopic pole clockwise to secure it into the weighted base. Align the threaded hole of the 360°spherical head with the top of the telescopic pole, and rotate it clockwise to secure it in place. 1.2 LED Key Light installation

1. Take out the LED Key Light, align the threaded hole at the bottom of the LED Key Light with the threaded top of the 360° spherical head, turn the body of the light clockwise to secure the LED Key Light onto the 360° spherical head (The panel light can also be installed by rotating the Ball head mounting plate counterclockwise).
   Note: Rotate the light body counterclockwise to remove the LED Key Light from the spherical head.

2. Take the remote control and place it into the remote control compartment on the back side of the LED Key Light.
   NOTE: With the Sphere fixed, turn the 360°spherical head counterclockwise to remove it from the bracket.

1.3 Micro bracket installation

2. Take out the cold shoe and micro bracket, turn the lower gear counterclockwise, then insert the card plate into the U-shaped interface of the micro bracket, and then turn the Lower Gear clockwise to secure it.
3. The screw thread on the top of the cold shoe can be connected to the LED Key Light, then you can rotate the upper gear counterclockwise to fix the light.
   Note: The standard 1/4 threaded hole on the cold shoe can match any tripod and help you connect the LED Key Light with other tripods.

2. Adjustment
2.1 Height adjustment
Rotate the height adjustment knob of telescopic pole counterclockwise, adjust the telescopic pole to the height you need, and then turn the height adjustment knob in the opposite direction to secure it at the desired height.
2.2 Angle adjustment

1. Turn the angle adjustment knob of the 360° spherical head (or cold shoe) counterclockwise until the LED Key Light can rotate normally.
2. Adjust the LED Key Light to your desired angle.
3. Tighten the angle adjustment knob clockwise.

3. Power on and off
Short press the POWER button once to turn the LED Key Light on or off.
4. Power display
When the product is turned on, the 4-segment LED indicator on the back of the LED Key Light will display the current battery information. When the output power of the product changes, e.g. when you select brighter or dimmer settings, the power displayed by the LED indicator will change according to the power output.

2. Connecting the remote control to the LED Key Light

1. Press the POWER button of the LED Key Light to turn it on.
2. Put the remote control into the remote control compartment of the LED Key Light, then press the Power button of the remote control and turn it on.
3. At this time, the remote control will read the current setting parameter information of the LED Key Light and match it automatically.
   Note: If the remote control cannot control the LED Key Light when using it remotely, put it into the charging compartment, and it will read the current setting information of the LED Key Light and match automatically.

3. Group and channel adjustment

1. Put the remote control into the charging compartment of the LED Key Light.
2. Short press the “CH/GR” button on the remote control once, the display “CHxx” will start flashing.
   At this time, rotate the dial to adjust the channel, press the “CH/GR” button again, the group A\B\C symbol will flash, then select the desired group. After setting, the parameter flashes for about 5 seconds and is automatically saved. (Short press CH/GR to switch back and forth between setting channels and groups.)
   Note: All lights must be on the same channel to use 1 remote, but can be set in different groups.
   You can have several lights on the same group, all controlled together. Or, you can have several lights set to different groups with different lighting settings controlled by the same remote.
   Example: If you want to control 3 lights at the same time, you would set them to A/B/C groups respectively, and at the same time the three lights are under the same channel, you can control the three lights with different setting. If you wanted to control 3 lights with the same settings, you just need to put them all on the same channel and the same group (e.g. CH 2 Group B)

4. LED Key Light ON and OFF controls

1. Press the power button on the back of the LED Key Light to turn on/off the LED Key Light.
2. If the remote control displays “OFF”, press the power button on the remote control, and the LED Key Light will turn on.
3. When the LED Key Light is on and functioning, you can also press the power button on the remote control to turn it off remotely.
   Note: When the remote control displays “OFF”. Press and hold the POWER key on the remote control for about 3 seconds to completely turn off the LCD display on the remote control.

5. RGB color gamut, saturation, brightness adjustment

1. After turning the LED Key Light on, press the MODE button to switch to HSI.
2. When the channel/group of the remote control and LED Key Light are the same (e.g. CH2 B), press the FN button, and the brightness INT value will flash. At this time, the brightness value can be adjusted by rotating the dial. The brightness value range is 0~100%.
3. Press the FN button again, the current (HUE) color gamut value will flash. At this time, rotating the dial can change the current RGB color gamut value, the color gamut value is 0~360°.
4. Press the FN button again, the current (SAT) saturation value will flash. At this time, rotating the dial can change the saturation value of the current color gamut, and the saturation value is O~100.
   Note: After setting, the parameters will flash for about 3 seconds and automatically save. Short press the FN key to switch back and forth to set brightness/gamut/saturation.

6. Color temperature, brightness adjustment

1. After turning on the LED Key Light, press the MODE button to switch to switch to CCT (top left).
2. When the channel/group of the LED Key Light and the remote control are the same, press the FN button, and the brightness INT value will flash. At this time, the brightness value can be adjusted by rotating the dial. The brightness value range is 0~100%.
3. Press the FN button again, the current color temperature value will flash, then rotate the dial to change the color temperature’s value, the color temperature value range is 2500K~8500K.
   Note: After setting, the parameters will flash for about 3 seconds and automatically save. Short press the FN key to switch back and forth to set the brightness/color temperature.

7. Special effects, brightness adjustment

1. After turning on the light, press the MODE button to switch to SCENE.
2. In scene mode, press the FN button, the brightness INT value will flash. At this time rotate the dial to adjust the brightness, the brightness value range is 0~100%.

3. Press the FN button again, the special effect icon will flash, then rotate the dial to set the lighting effect: lightning, police light, bad light bulb, screen simulation, candlelight simulation, RGB color cycle.
   Note: After setting, the parameters will flash for about 3 seconds and automatically save. Short press the FN key to switch back and forth to set the brightness/special effects. SCENE mode effects

8. Remote control screen backlight

1. Press and hold the “FN” and “ON/OFF” buttons on the remote control for about 3 seconds at the same time, then the LCD screen will display “C1 BL” to enter the C1 custom backlight time setting mode.
2. Rotate the dial to set the screen backlight time according to your needs, and the parameters will be automatically saved after setting.

3. Short press the “MODE” button to exit the mode. C1 BL mode custom settings

   MODE| Description
   BL 10| Screen backlight “on for 10 seconds and then off”
   BL ON| Screen backlight “constantly on”
   BL OFF| Screen backlight “never lights up”

Note: After entering the custom mode, short press the “FN” button once to switch between “custom backlight time setting mode” (C1 BL) and “custom sleep time setting mode” (C2 SLP).

9. Setting remote “Sleep Time”

1. Press and hold the “FN” and “ON/OFF” buttons on the remote control for about 3 seconds at the same time, then the LCD screen will display “C1 BL”. And then single press the “FN” button again, and the LCD screen will display “C2 SLP”. Enter the C2 custom sleep time setting mode.
2. Rotate the dial to set the sleep time of the remote control according to your needs. After setting, the parameters will be automatically saved.

3. Short press the “MODE” button to exit the mode. C2 SLP mode custom settings

   MODE| Description
   SLP 30| When the remote control is not used for 30 minutes, it enters sleep mode
   SLP 1H| When the remote control is not used for 1 hour, it enters sleep mode
   SLP 2H| When the remote control is not used for 2 hours, it enters sleep mode
   SLP oFF| No matter the amount of time the remote is not used, it will not enter sleep mode

Note: After entering the custom mode, short press the “FN” button once to switch between “custom backlight time setting mode” (C1 BL) and “custom sleep time setting mode” (C2 SLP).

10. Standby mode
    When the LED Key Light is turned off with the remote, the LCD screen displays “OFF” and the video light is off but the machine is in a “standby state”. It can still be turned on/off with the remote remotely.
    If you do not operate the LED Key Light within 1 hour though, the main power of the LED Key Light will automatically turn off, and you will need to press the power switch on the back of the LED Key Light to start up again.

11. Reset
    Press and hold the “CH/GR” and “MODE” buttons on the remote control for about 3 seconds at the same time, then, the screen’s backlight will flash once, and then the remote control will be restored to factory settings.

Product Charging

1. When in use, if the battery indicator on the video light is flashing, it means that the power of the product is low. A 5V/3A charger is required to charge this product.
2. When charging, the battery indicator will show a charging progress animation. When the charging is complete, the indicator light stops the animation.
3. If you need to use the LED Key Light for an extended period of time, please use a 5V/3A and above Type-C charger to ensure the device can maintain power.

Precautions

1. The LED Key Light is not dust-proof or waterproof.
2. The LED Key Light is a precision instrument, please do not let the LED Key Light fall, be hit or strongly impacted.
3. Do not block the ventilation holes, otherwise it may increase the internal temperature and cause fire or accident.
4. Do not place this LED Key Light near flammable or volatile solutions, otherwise it may cause fire or produce smoke.
5. Do not put the LED Key Light into a storage box immediately after use, it could damage the white LED from residual heat. Please allow the LED Key Light to cool sufficiently before placing it in a storage case.
6. Please remember to turn off the power after using the LED Key Light.
7. Do not allow the LED Key Light be completely without charge for extended periods of time.
