Adapters:

Adapters can be used with surge protectors without any impact on the surge protection functionality. If using an adapter from a 30A power source to a 50 surge protector, please note that only your 125V devices will function while plugged into the power source. If using an adapter from a 30A power source to a SOA EMS surge protector, please note that your two line readings for voltage will also be identical.

TINSTALL STEPS:

STEP 1: Plug Smart Surge Protector into AC power. DO NOT plug in your RV at this time. Verify GREEN surge indicator LED(S) is on.
STEP 2: Verify which LED’s come on.The Correct Wiring condition occurs whenthree. GREEN LED’s are on. If this does not occur you may be experiencing one of the other 7 wiring conditions as noted in the diagrarms.
STEP 3: Plug in your RV power to the Smart Surge Protector refer to STEP 2 above for surge protection wiring conditions.
