WARINING! Do not operate the device if any part is missing. If any of the above accessories are missing, please contact us in time to obtain replacements.

HOW TO USE

  • Extend/Retract Switch : There are 2 red lines at the metal pipe for you to control the extending and retracting. Thus, when you extend or retract please don’t exceed the red lines.
  • LED ON/ OFF Switch: Provide you a better use at night to control the light.
  • Notice: A circuit breaker has been installed in our product, it means no more fuses. when the product is operated in error accidentally the circuit will disconnects automatically, and it will be back to normal use after about 2 minutes.

HOW TO INSTALL

  1. Attach and secure the trailer’s coupler to the tow vehicle’s hitch. Apply the vehicle’s parking brake.
  2. Disconnect the trailer battery’s ground cable and secure it will not connect to any metal.
  3. Sand the surface around the A-frame’s bolt holes where the jack’s mounting plate will connect with the frame until bare meal is exposed. This is to ensure a solid electrical connection for grounding.
  4. Remove the foot plate and slide the tube into the A-frame’s hole.
  5. Guide the foot plate into the jack’s leg. Ensure the groove in the leg is aligned with the one on the foot plate. Do not insert the lock pin.
  6. Slide a 3/8-16 in. lock washer onto each of the three 3/8-16 in. bolts, then insert the bolts through the mounting plate, the star washers and A-frame
  7. Secure each bolt with a 3/8-16 in. hex nut and secure each bolt.
  8. Unravel the black wire and lay it out along the A-frame to the battery.
  9. Connect the wire lead to the battery’s positive terminal(+).
  10. Reconnect the batteries ground cable.
  11. Press the extend/retract switch to test that the connection is correct and the jack is working. Also press the LED ON/OFF Switch to confirm the light is working.
  12. Push the foot  plate up fully and insert the lock pin.
  13. Retract the jack.

PROBLEM & SOLUTION

Motor does not work| Poor ground.| Clean area between the jack mounting plate and coupler, and ensure paint has been removed by the star washers .Direct metal-to-metal contact must exist between mounting components to ensure good electrical contact.

Noor low voltage| Check battery and electrical connections. Power supplied must be a least 1 0 Volt DC. If the battery is low , plug the trailer cable into the tow vehicle, and start the tow vehicle to provide power to the jack.
No power from trailer connec tor.| Check that trailer connector has power. Replace or repair the trailer connectors or wiring.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

  1. Maintain the device with care. Cover the motor cover when not in use.
  2. Inspect the device components perishable, repair or replace damaged or worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
  3. The jack’s motor is sealed and maintenance-free.
  4. Check the wiring from time-to-time. Ensure all the connections are tight and free from corrosion. Ensure the ground wire has a solid metal-to-metal contact with the trailer frame.
  5. Disconnect the battery from the trailer jack ifit will not require power for several days. This will prevent the battery from discharging. Any question please contact Kohree for help.

DISPOSAL

Reclean device damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
Contact your local municipality for a list of disposal flites or by-laws for electronic devices, batteries, oil or other toxic liquids
