Usage Notice

Safety Attention

1. Ensure proper connecting of voltage for the refrigerator at any time. (Parameter label shows the approved voltage for car refrigerator).
2. Do not directly pour any liquid into the car refrigerator.
3. It is forbidden to modify the refrigerators privately, in case of dangers.
4. Refrigerators should not be exposed to the rain.

Preparation for use
Before using the refrigerator, please read this manual carefully and keep it properly

1. Before the first use of the refrigerator, you should clean it inside and outside with a damp cloth.
2. Do not fill the refrigerator with corrosive liquids. Do not directly pour liquids into the refrigerator.
3. When the refrigerator is not used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and keep it dry.
4. Please clean the inner chamber regularly to prevent odor bacteria and ensure food safety.

Connect the power supply

1. Find the DC power cord in the kit. Connect DC plug to the power outlet of the car refrigerator.
2. Well, place the refrigerators in the car (back-up, seats…).
3. Layout power cords as per the interior space of your car. Insert the cigarette lighter plug (one side of the power cord) into the car cigarette lighter hole.
4. Long press the “ON /OFF” key for 3 seconds to start the refrigerator.

The refrigerator can be connected to more than one source of energy.
The refrigerator can be directly connected to the 12V/24V DC power supply.
If the refrigerator is used in a 100-240V power supply, an AC adapter should be adopted.

Car Refrigerator Operation

Car Battery Protection Voltage For Reference Built-in ECO electronic control module can automatically monitor car battery voltage. The refrigerator will be automatically cut off when the power is excessively consumed, ensuring that the car battery will not be consumed too much and affect the normal ignition of the car.

Operation Instruction

Temperature Adjustment Settings
Please adjust the refrigerator temperature by touching the temp control panel.

Operation Method

1. Press [ On/Off ] key for 3 seconds to turn on/standby the refrigerator.
2. Press [ + or – ] key to adjust the temperature.
3. Long press the [ + or – ] key, the temperature will be linearly adjusted by 37.4°F (3°C) per second.
4. When no operations are detected for 3 seconds, the temperature display will stop flashing, exit setting, and save the current(temperature) setting.
5. The temperature display shows the actual refrigerator temperature inside.
6. When the refrigerator is on standby, only the [ On/Off ] key is on, the other keys and temperature display is off.
7. When the refrigerator is on working, press the [ ] key to switch MAX/ECO modes.
8. The adjustable range of temperature is from -4°F~50°F (-20°C~10°C).
9. Temperature Conversion: concurrently press [ + ] and [ – ] keys for 3 seconds to switch the Celsius(°C) and the Fahrenheit (°F) display.
10. Battery protection mode: There are three levels (High/Medium/Low) to be chosen for battery protection. Normally, the H (High) level setting is recommended for car batteries and the M (Medium) and L (Low) levels for external batteries.

There is a power-off memory function for the refrigerators. When the power is disconnected, working status  (On/Off status, operating modes) before the power off can be automatically recovered at the next reboot, no need to set it again.

Installation Instruction of Handle

Step 1:
Disassemble the screws (M6,16) with hex key and keep them well (there are 8pcs screws in total).

Step 2:
Align the base at the holes and install with crews by using the hex key.

Step 3:
Insert the handle tube into the installed base, notice the direction of the clamping groove, align and install it to the buckles that inside the base.

Step 4:
Insert the handle tube into another base and notice the direction of the clamping groove.

Step 5:
Align the bases and the screw holes, tighten the screws with a hex key. Repeat the same operations for the other handle.

Troubles and Troubleshooting

Advice: If there is any abnormal situations that cannot be resolved through simple fault analysis, please contact professional customer service for assistance.

Car Refrigerator Does Not Work

1. Check if the power is connected properly. (check if the plug is loosened or positive and negative poles are reversed).
2. Check if the power switch on the operation panel is turned on.
3. Check if the cooling ventilation is normal.
4. Check if the fuse is blown.

Poor Cooling Performance

1. Check if the lid is closed properly.
2. Check if the door seal is damaged or deformed.
3. Check if there is poor ventilation around the fridges.
4. Check if the temperature is set properly.

Abnormal noise

1. Refrigerator is not put on a flat level surface.
2. Check for vibrations in surrounding objects.
3. Parts in the refrigerator get loose or fall off.

It is normal that there slightly will be some condensation on the refrigerator surface when air humidity is more than 75%.
The definition of the error code on the display

Failures and Solutions

E1: Low Input Voltage
Failure 1: Insert the refrigerator power cord into the cigarette lighter before the car starts.
Solution: Wait for a while to connect the car after it started.
Failure 2: The input voltage of the adapter is too low.
Solution: Adjust the battery protection to middle level or low level. If it doesn’t work, please replace a new adapter.

E2: Fan Fault
Please replace a new fan when identifying there is a fan malfunction.

E3: Input Voltage Fault due to compressor frequently start
When the refrigerator is used in car and E3 appears,

1. Please shut it down for 5 minutes and reboot it.

2. If it doesn’t work, that will be identified to be E1 fault, please solve it according to the solution of E1.
   When the refrigerator is connecting with the adapter and E3 appears,

3. please adjust the battery protection level to the middle level or low level.

4. If it doesn’t work, please replace a new adapter.

E4: LowRotational Speed of Compressor
Please adjust the input voltage and repower it.
E5: Overheating of Controller Chip
Please power off for 5 minutes and check if the overheating is caused by the bad ventilation around the compressor.
