setting. With the timer-button you can set the time from 0 to 24 hours, each
time you press it, the set time increases by 1 hour. If the timer button does

APPLICATION
Dehumidification
The appliance is continuously dehumidified and the drain hose (12 mm inner
diameter) is attached to the side of the device to drain the water.
Look for the water drainage connection on the left side and pull out the water
stopper. Connect a drain hose with 12 mm inner diameter to the water drainage
connection. The following figure illustrates the connection of a continuous
dehumidification.
Note: Before operating the device, make sure that the water plug is
removed and the drain hose is connected to the drain connection. The height of
the water pipe end must be at least 10 cm below the height of the unit’s
connection, and the hose must be smooth and not kinked, otherwise it will not
drain properly.
Dehumidification with the water pump
Check that the water plug is removed and that the outlet is not blocked.
Insert a water hose with an inner diameter of 5 mm into the water drainage connection of the pump (access is possible at any angle).
Note
- Before starting the unit, connect the water connection to the continuous water connection and connect the hose to the pump connection so that the floor does not get wet.
- Tip: Before using the unit with the continuous dehumidification pump, you must pull out the water plug and connect the waste water hose to the continuous dehumidification connection.
CLEAN THE DUST FILTER
To ensure efficient operation of the dehumidifier, you should clean the dust filter after each week of operation. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Switch off the appliance before cleaning, then wait a few minutes and unplug the appliance to disconnect it from the mains.
- Remove the inserted air filter.
- Use a Vacuum Cleaner to remove the dust accumulated on the filter.
- If the grille and the filter are very dirty, soak the filter in hot water and rinse it several times – the water temperature should not exceed 40°C, however. Clean with a Vacuum Cleaner.
- Allow the dust filter to dry thoroughly after washing and put it back into the dehumidifier.
NOTE
However, we recommend cleaning the filter as described after each week of
operation to ensure that the appliance works as efficiently as possible.
NOTE
Never use the appliance without the filter.
CLEANING THE HOUSING
Before cleaning, switch off the unit, then wait a few minutes and unplug the
power cord to disconnect the unit from the mains.
Clean the unit with a moderately damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry cloth.
- Never use petrol, alcohol or solvents to clean the unit – this could be dangerous.
- Do not spray insecticides or similar agents on the dehumidifier.
ACTIVITIES AT THE BEGINNING/END OF THE SEASON
