SAFETY RULES
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, ensure electricity has been turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box before beginning.
- All wiring must be by the National Electrical Code and local electrical codes. Electrical installation should be performed by a qualified licensed electrician.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of electrical shock and fire, do not use this fan with any solid-state fan speed control device.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, mount to the outlet box marked “Acceptable for Fan Support of 45kg (99.12 lbs.) Or Less” and use mounting screws provided with the outlet box. Most outlet boxes commonly used for the support of light fixtures are not acceptable for fan support and may need to be replaced. Due to the complexity of the installation of this fan, a qualified licensed electrician is strongly recommended.
- The outlet box and support structure must be securely mounted and capable of reliably supporting a minimum of 45KGS. Use only UL-listed outlet boxes marked FOR FAN SUPPORT.
- The fan must be mounted with a minimum of 7 feet clearance from the trailing edge of the blades to the floor.
- Avoid placing objects in the path of the blades.
- To avoid personal injury or damage to the fan and other items, be cautious when working around or cleaning the fan.
- Do not use water or detergents when cleaning the fan or fan blades. A dry dust cloth or lightly dampened cloth will be suitable for most cleaning.
- After making electrical connections, spliced conductors should be turned upward and pushed carefully up into the outlet box. The wires should be spread apart with the grounded conductor and the equipment-grounding conductor on one side of the outlet box.
- Electrical diagrams are for reference only.
- The fan is suitable for indoor use only.

Installation
INSTALLING THE FAN
Tools Required:
Phillips Screwdriver, Pair of Pliers, Straight slot screwdriver, Adjustable
Wrench, Step Ladder, and Wire Cutters.
INSTALLATION OF MOUNTING BRACKET
To prevent personal injury and damage, ensure that the hanging location
allows the blade a clearance of 7.5 feet (2.3 meters) from the floor and 18
inches (45.72 centimeters) from any wall or obstruction.
- For the concrete ceiling: Mark the location for the ceiling fan first, then drill two holes in the ceiling to aid in securing the ceiling bracket with two expansion screws provided and secure the mounting bracket to the building structure with two expansion screws provided, tighten the screws. (Fig.1)
For the Wood Ceiling:
Mark the location for the ceiling fan first, and secure the mounting bracket
to the building structure with four wood screws provided. (Fig.2).
NOTE:
The hanger after the installation must be able to withstand the weight of 45
kgs or more.
INSTALLATION OF BLADES
- Attaching the blades.
INSTALLATION LIGHT KIT
- After locking the blade, install the lamp kit (Do not install the blade in the opposite direction)
- After locking the lamp kit, insert the LED wire ends.
REPLACEMENT OF THE DOWNLOAD
Remember to turn off the power. Follow the steps below to hang your fan properly:
- Remove the lock pink and hitch pin from the download
- Place the download assembly into the canopy and coupling cover, Carefully feed motor wires through the download assembly
- Loosen the two set screws in the download coupling
- Insert download into download coupling. Install coupling lock pin through coupling and download. Insert the hitch pin into the cross pin until it snaps into place. Tighten set screws in the coupling. Slide coupling cover over the download coupling.
CHANGE DOWNROD (OPT)
The Ceiling Fan comes with one 5-inch standard down which is preassembled and
attached to the hanger ball, one longer 10-inch down rod is also included for
higher ceilings. If you need a different downrod length, please follow these
steps:
- Loosen the hanger ball from the downroad by removing the set screw.
- Slide the down road ball off of the downroad and remove the pin
- Re-install the pin into the extended downroad, and slide down road ball up to the top of the downroad
- Re-install the set screw to secure the ball to download
INSTALLING THE RECEIVER
Make wiring connections from the house and the motor to the remote receiver
as shown right.
Note: the remote receiver must match the same code control.
Note: the remote receiver must match the same code control.
Insert the receiver into the top of the fan body and make wire connections according to wire colors, labels, and the diagram above.
- Wrap each wire connector separately with electrical tape as an extra safety measure.
- After the wiring is finished, leave the receiver in the bracket and secure it the the electrical tape then secure the canopy to the bracket.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
-
LED indicated light
-
Turn off the fan
-
Timing control of the fan
-
Optional: Anti-theft function(Press hold for 3 seconds to turn on this function) (the light ON about 5~20 minutes every 2 hours)
-
Natural wind
-
Speed of the fan
-
Direction of the fan (reverse switch)
-
Turn off the light
-
Turn on the light
-
1. 5V AAA battery X 2pcs This product does not contain batteries
-
Learning code matching mode is used between the emitter and the receiver. Turn “ON” the supply power within 30 seconds and press the emitter’s “ “button for 5 seconds, it can load normally after hearing the long sound “bee”,
which means learning successfully and it can work normally. (PS: Learning mode is not accepted after turning “ON” the supply power for 30 seconds) -
When the emitter cannot control the receiver, please check whether the battery switch touching normally or not, correct the positive and negative, full or empty of the power.
-
When the emitter cannot control the receiver, please check if is there any existence of similar remote-controlled products nearby, then check whether they work, because remote-controlled products with the same frequency will disturb each other.
-
The low voltage of the battery will affect the sensitivity of the emitter and the signal reception accordingly(the indicated light will flash out its warning when the battery gets low voltage) and must be replaced if the battery is getting low voltage.
-
Please take out the battery from the emitter when left unused for a long time.
-
For the maximum load of lighting see the above”POWER PARAMETER LIST”
PS: please connect the ground wire correctly, otherwise it may cause the light micro-light or flash -
When installing the fan, the fan ceiling cover doesn’t press the antenna(or other wire), it is easy to break down the wire and is short-circuited.
INSTALLATION OF LAMPSHADE
Last step:
Rotate the glass to the right to tighten it and check whether it is loose.
Complete the installation.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The fan will not start:
-
Check circuit fuses or breakers.
-
Check line wire connections to the fan and switch wire connections in the switch housing.
CAUTION: Make sure the main power is off. -
After the fan is powered on, pressing the remote control does not respond, and the fan beeps. Please do not press the remote control multiple times, Please turn off the power immediately, And check whether the wire between the motor and the receiver is loose. Or remove and re-install.
Fan sounds noisy:
-
Make sure all motor housing screws are snug.
-
Make sure the screws that attach the fan blade bracket to the motor hub are tight.
-
Make sure wire nut connections are not rubbing against each other or the interior wall of the switch housing.
CAUTION: Make sure the main power is off. -
Allow a 24-hour “breaking-in” period. Most noises associated with a new fan disappear during this time.
-
If using an optional light kit, make sure the screws securing the glassware are tight. Check that the light bulb is also secure.
-
Some fan motors are sensitive to signals from solid-state variable speed controls. If you have installed this type of control, choose and install another type of control.
-
Make sure the upper canopy is a short distance from the ceiling. It should not touch the ceiling.
-
If the above method still does not solve the problem, please contact the manufacturer.
