Before Use

Remove the product from the packaging and ensure all materials such as labels, stickers, and protective films are removed. Check that all parts and components are connected and in good condition. For any noticeable damages, contact Cecotec’s technical service immediately. Note that steam may decrease the adhesive strength of stickers, labels, or remove paint and may damage the cleaning surface. Always test the heat and moisture resistance of the material on a hidden area before cleaning.

Operation

Attach the desired accessory to the tip of the gun or to one of the two extension tubes. Fill the water tank with tap water, using a mixture of tap water and demineralized water (50:50) for better device longevity. Do not use solely demineralized water, water from dryers, or rainwater. Turn off the device before refilling. Release the safety button on the water tank to open, fill up to 750 ml, and use the funnel. The safety button lock must not be open when there is pressure in the device. Allow steam to escape before opening. Do not aim the steam at people, pets, electrical connections, or the device itself. Do not change accessories while the device is emitting steam.

How to Use the Device

Connect the device to an electrical outlet and press the ON button. A control lamp will light up. The device is ready to emit steam when the indicator light changes color from orange to green. Remove the safety lock and press the steam button on the gun handle to produce steam. Press and hold the steam button for a few seconds until the water condensation is used up. Use the accessories as follows:

  • The rectangular brush is suitable for large surfaces such as floors.
  • The nozzle with bristles can be used with or without the extension tubes for concentrated steam power.
  • The round brush with nylon bristles is designed for stubborn dirt and cleaning joints or textile surfaces such as sofas and cushions.
  • The brush connected to the mop is used for floor cleaning.
  • The window cleaning brush is used for glass surfaces.

Fill the water tank as needed during use, ensuring that the steam flow does not stop. Wait for the device to stop emitting steam and confirm that there is no pressure in the tank before opening. After refilling, the steam may be released upon opening the tank cover.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Unplug the device from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool down before cleaning or storing. Clean the product surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and regularly remove any limescale or dirt from the surface and ventilation holes. Store the device in a safe, dry place. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents, as they may damage the product. Do not expose the power cord to sharp edges or heavy items. Store the device and power cord in a clean, dry place away from metallic objects.
