Button and Indicator Light

Red & Blue light flashes-Pairing Status.
Blue light on —- Connected Successfully.

Power button — Pressing 5seconds for turn on / turn off.
Reset button — Pressing 5seconds, waiting lamp flashing.

Set up your Video Doorbell

Unscrew the screws to remove the device. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, The device starts to work.

Scan the QR code below or search for Tuya-smart on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Download and install the app.

Create an Tuya-smart account in App

Step
Open the Tuya-smart app and tap Sign Up. In the User Agreement and Privacy Policy dialog box, carefully read the privacy policy and agreement and tap Agree to go to the account registration page.

Step 2
Enter your mobile phone number or email address and tap Get Verification Code. The country or region on the regstration page is the same as that you set in the mobile phone. You can also manually change the country of region before registration.

Step 3
On the Enter Verification Code page, enter the verification code. On the *Set Password” page, follow the instructions to set the password, then click “Done’.

  1. Open the Tuya-smart app. If you have registered an account in the Tuya- smart app, tap Log In. In the User Agreement and Privacy Policy dialog box, carefully read the privacy policy and agreement and tap Agree to go to the login page.
  2. Check the country or region on the login page. The system automatically identifies your current country or region. You can also manually select a country or region.
  3. Enter your registered email address, enter the password, and then tap Login.

Reset password

If you forget yourlogin password, you can reset the password based on the following process.

  1. On the Log I page, tap Forgot Password.

  2. On the page that appears, check the country or region Enter your regist ered emal aress and tap Get Verification Code.

  3. On the Enter Verification Code page, enter the verification code.

  4. On the Enter Verfication Code page, enter the veriication code.

  5. On the page that appears, enter a new password and tap Done. Then the password i reset, and you automatically log n to the app.

  6. For security concems the app wil detect risks in your phone system during login. I the app etects a root or jail reaking risk, a security reminder is displayed. You can deterine whether to exit the app or o f o selecion is made, the app wil automatially exit.

Enter experience mode

  1. Open the Tuya-smart app and tap Try now. A dialog box appears, indicating that cloud storage, third-party voice control, and device sharing are not sup ported in the experience mode.
  2. Tap Continue The Home page appears.

Set up your device in the Tuya-smart app.

To pair your device, follow the steps below and in-app instructions.

  1. Open Tuya-smart App and log in to your account.

  2. On the device list page, click the “Add Device” button in the center or click the “+” button at the top right to enter the “Add Device” page.

  3. Select “Smart Doorbell (Dual Band)”, Add device manually-QR code pairing

  4. To use the QR code to configure the network, you need to set the indicator light of the IPC device to a fast lashing state or hear the corresponding prompt tone.

  5. The reset stps can be viewed by cicking e “Reset Device tep by Step” button.

  6. After cicking Next you wil be token to the page or etering the Wi-i password.

  7. According to the prompts onthe page face the QR code directly to the camera and keep a isance of 15-20cm urtlyou hear a prompt sound from the camera.

Message screen function.

  1. After connecting the device, select the “Message Editing menu, input digital and English information and send it to the device display screen.
  2. When the battery power is lower than the set value, the display screen will display a low power prompt.
