Product Usage Instructions
Resetting and Pairing the Network
To reset and pair the network, follow the steps below:
- Press the Reset button.
- Wait for the Bluelighton light to turn on, indicating successful pairing with the 4G network.
- If the Red light turns on instead, it means that the device failed to connect to the 4G network.
Troubleshooting Push Notification Issues
If the device is online and there is a trigger event, but the mobile phone cannot receive the push message, follow the steps below:
- Make sure that the app on the mobile phone has turned on self-starting function and has enabled the notification function on application permission.
- Turn off battery optimization and turn off the function of end app when phones in standby. Note that mobile phone manufacturers may have different optimization methods, so please take the actual situation as the standard.
Power Supply
The device can work with two 21700 batteries alone. These batteries are not included in the package and need to be purchased separately.

Installation Guide
Please take out the bracket from the eqllipment a5 shown in the figure
- Install the base on the wall using the mounting screw in the accessory package
- Align the mounting bracket holes of the machine with the base screws for installation
- Toggle the power ON I OFF to turn the camera on or off
- TYPE-C interface, Solar power input port
- Press the reset button for 5 seconds. waiting for the indicator light turn to red slow flash (The equipment should be in ‘Norking condition, long press, sleep state is invalid)
- TF card slot, install TF card for video storage

Open the app then input your E-mail address then press ‘Register’. Check and select to agree the agreement then your E-mail box will get an verification code. ( For better user’s experience, please allow to open all permissions to avoid mtssmg any no~ficaMns from tile app,) Set the login password and confrim the login passvrord. Then press ‘Register’ to next step. (For your password safety, the password requires more than 8 characters plus combination of letters) We send a verify mail to you. go to your mail box click the lmk to complete the verificationEnter your E-mail address, and password, d ick logm . (APP will auto fill the account 1nfomaion) -
CONNECTION
Press ‘Add Family’ then set the room or position as per reminders.Input the necessary informalton just like Country, Province, then press ‘Done’.Insert the SIM card into devtce tnen put the battery into tile decice, and some of models need install antenna.
Enter your family name and then press ‘Next’
Press ‘Add a device’ to add a smart device
After the power on the device. ‘.vait torabout 1 mtnute the device bule LED light up ,Then press next
If the device blue LED not light up. please check. below config noles.
Find the UID QR code on deive , then use APP scan the QR code,
APP are search the device in intemetit may take 5-60 seconds

- USING THE APPClick the “Ca~ndar” icon on the right top comer , then choose the date ta playback the vicoes from cloud storageChoose the desired date to check all videos from the cloud.
