Product Information
The KNX Multitouch Pro is a control unit that allows you to control up to 32 room functions, such as lighting, blinds, and room temperature. It can be connected to a remote sensor for measuring the room temperature. The power is supplied via the KNX bus. The device features a touch screen, programming button, programming LED, remote sensor connecting terminal, and a service interface. It is designed for use at elevations up to 2000m above sea level and has a protection type of IP20.

- To install the KNX Multitouch Pro, complete it with the corresponding frame and select the installation side.
- Follow the provided installation instructions when installing 230V devices.
- If desired, you can install a remote temperature sensor.

- The device operates within an ambient temperature range and maximum humidity level specified in the manual.
- Ensure the KNX bus connection is made using the two 1mm pins for the bus connecting terminal.

About this product
KNX Multitouch Pro is a KNX control unit with which you can control up to 32
room functions, such as light, blind, or room temperature. A remote sensor can
be connected to measure the room temperature.

Observe the following additional installation instructions when installing 230
V devices (e.g. sockets):
WARNING
RISK OF FATAL INJURY FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK. THE DEVICE CAN BE DAMAGED Basic insulation to the retaining ring must always be ensured for SELV cables.
- Observe the following insulation stripping lengths and the instructions on laying cables
If only single-wire insulation is available, you must restore basic insulation.
- Pull an insulation sleeve or the bus cable sheathing over the individual wires
- Failure to follow these instructions can result in death or serious injury.
Optional: Installing a remote temperature sensor
Installation notes
- Observe the preceding safety instructions on strip-ping lengths and laying cables.
- Select an installation site that allows the remote sensor to measure the temperature freely.
- Route the remote sensor in an empty tube as far as measurement input.
- Floor installation: Route the remote sensor in a sensor protection tube so that the remote sensor does not get damaged by tile cement or screed.
- The sensor line can be extended with a 2-core cable for mains voltage (1.5 mm²) or with a bell wire (<10 m).
- Screw tightening torque: max. 0.4 Nm
