Guide
The Guide page includes changing the initial password, selecting the network, checking the network status, and generating the TWO-DIMENSIONAL code of Helium connection
- The password is used for web login and terminal login
- Select network, scan WIFI, select the specified WIFI, enter the password, click Connect to complete network access, you can also skip this step
- Checking network Status
- Enter your wallet address and click the button “Generate” Helium TWO-DIMENSIONAL code, which will be used to enter the chain in the Onboarding
- Click the button “Onboarding Finsh” to end the Guide page
Login
You can use the built-in Web configuration interface to configure and manage gateways easily and quickly.
Password: the initial custom password of the Guide page You can access the built-in Web configuration page in the following ways:
- The PC and gateway are on the same LAN, you can use the DHCP IP address to open the browser and log in to the built-in web configuration page. For example, 192.168.31.49 is used.
Side navigation bar
Navigation bar include the main configuration and management items of the gateway device. Device status: indicates the basic status of the gateway
- Helium: Generation of the Onboarding qr-code and hotspot information
- Network management: The configuration and operation of network functions
- System management: Time zone management, NTP upstream server configuration
Device Information
Device information page displays basic gateway information, including the
device model, system time (the values in brackets after system time indicate
the time area), system running duration, MAC address, local IP address,
firmware version, hardware version, and return network.
Helium
Generation of the Onboarding qr-code
- helium miner Information, including Hotspot name, Hotspot address, region, firmware information, and Helium Hotspot API
Network management
- WIFI configuration Scan WIFI, select the specified WIFI, enter the password, and click Connect to complete network access
- Check the network, including network status, wifi disconnection, ping, Traceroute, and Nslookup
- Network status, display the current network status, disconnect WIFI operation, WIFI disconnect
Ping
Ping operation is used to check whether the device can access the Internet and
whether the gateway can directly connect to the gw.risinghf.com server. Users
can also define their own server addresses. Enter the server address, click
the “Ping” button, and wait for a while to see the prompt message.
Traceroute
Traceroute operation is used to check whether the device can access the
Internet and test the route through which the gateway connects to
gw.risinghf.com. Users can also define their own server addresses. Enter the
server address, click the “Traceroute” button, and wait for a while to see the
routing information.
Nslookup
Nslookup operation is used to check whether the device can access the Internet
and test the DNS server used by the gateway. Users can define their own server
addresses. Enter the server address, click “Nslookup” button, and wait for a
while to see the prompt information.
system management
system management includes time zone Settings and NTP upstream server Settings.
- System time: Displays the current time and time zone of the gateway system. You can customize the system time zone
- NTP: The current upstream NTP server is displayed. Only one user-defined upstream NTP server is added. The subsequent modification will overwrite the user-defined NTP service address
Shortcut Button
A set of shortcut buttons are integrated in the upper right corner of the home page, including changing passwords and logging out.
Change Passwd
Click the “Change Password” button, the page will pop up a sub-page, enter the
correct old password, enter the new password and click “OK” to complete the
password modification.
Logout
Click “Logout” button, the page will return to the login interface.
Chinese-English switching
There are Chinese-English switching buttons on the upper right corner of the login page and the main page to facilitate switching between Chinese and English.

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
