Can we adjust treadmill incline?
Yes, the treadmill incline version could do it.
Is there any limitation of treadmill maximum working time?
There is no limitation. But it’s suggested that you let the treadmill rest for
30 to 60 minutes after 2-3 hours working, which is beneficial to prolong
treadmill life.
Treadmill starts to have a burning smell.
-Very little lubricating oil in the running belt
-Small belt is crooked and worn out
-The treadmill is in working status for too long, and the motor emits a peculiar smell
The treadmill is used on a carpet, and the exhaust vents are blocked, and the
exhaust vents are at the bottom of the treadmill. Solutions
a. add lubricating oil between the running belt and running board
b. open motor cover to check whether small belt is crooked or not and adjust
it to the correct position
C. Place the treadmill to another place. Do not use it on the carpet.
Power on Volume
The volume is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
Treadmill is making a loud noise.
- a. The running belt is offset and rubs against the side bar adjust running belt to center.
- b. Stable iron sheet loose and rubs against roller Tighten the screw and adjust the sheet to the correct position
- c. The small belt is crooked, the slot is not in the correct place, the small belt is damaged or objects stuck in it, the belt is too inward. Adjust the two screws that lock the motor to keep the motor and the running belt in a horizontal position, and keep small belt and motor parallel. Straighten the small belt, place it in the correct slot, and move the small belt out a little bit.
- d. Open motor cover to check if roller is too close to motor cover, if yes, then kindly please reinstall the cover.
- e. Take out small belt, let motor run itself to check if still any strange sound, if any, then motor needs to be changed.
lubricating oil
there are two bottles of lubricating oil attached when you receive the
treadmill. it’s suggested that you add the oil every half month if you use the
treadmill every day, if not, you can add it once a month, 15ml is enough.
There is need to add lubricating oil at the beginning add the oil between
running belt and board, turn on treadmill, let treadmill itself run for 3 to 5
minutes, use it 3 to 5 hours later.
When treadmill is turned on, only red light of power switch is on, there is
no any display of treadmill.
Turn off power, open the motor cover, check if both ends of the ac wire behind
the power button are plugged in tightly, plug the wires tightly, and check
whether the lower control light is on after power on. If the wires are not
loose at both ends, then it is the problem of lower control. If the lower
control light is on, check whether the wires connected to the lower control
are loose, and plug the wires tightly. If the lower control light is not on,
it means there is a problem with the lower control.
If the red light is not on, check if both ends of the ac wire behind the power
button are plugged in tightly, whether the fuse in the power button is broken
or missing, change a spare fuse to test, if still does not work, you need to
change a power button.
Remote controller doesn’t work
Re-pair it with treadmill. Turn on treadmill, remove safety lock, long press
remote controller power button, you will hear the “didi” sound, put on safety
lock again and use remote controller to restart treadmill. If above mentioned
methods don’t work, then check whether there is red light on of remote
controller, also you need to remove the insulation sticker in the back, if
still no red light, then need to change remote controller or battery. If red
light is on, and cannot pair it to the treadmill, then needs to change a lower
Meter Cover.
Running belt won’t run.
Open motor cover to check if you can rotate motor’ fan blade or not, if there
is stuck, then you need to change a new motor.
Running belt is sliding to left side
Adjust treadmill speed to around 3km/h, adjust the hexagon socket screw
inside the left end cap, adjust it clockwise until the running belt is
centered. (When adjusting, twist a half turn to observe for a while then
repeat). If still doesn’t solve the problem, adjust the running belt to center
when the running belt is running itself, then tighten the running belt a
little bit more.
E07 Error
move safety lock position to check again. check whether communication wire
connecting to lower Meter Cover inside the pipe is loose or not, plug it
tightly. check whether communication wire under right side pipe is loose or
not, plug it tightly. if upper display is shown, it may be the problem of
safety lock core, then needs to replace the safety lock core.
Running belt stops suddenly when running on it.
Check whether customer touched display power option by accident or not, or
touched remote controller power button, or whether the safety lock clip is
shaken when clamped on the clothes, which causes the safety lock position
shift. If there is no problem with above situations, then should change a
lower Meter Cover.
Whether brightness of display can be adjusted?

No sound heard when connecting phone to treadmill.
First confirm whether there is sound notification when treadmill is turned on,
if there is sound, then it’s the problem with lower Meter cover, if there is
no sound, it may be that the speaker cable has fallen off or the speaker is
broken. Open the motor cover to check whether the speaker cable has fallen off
and plug it in tightly.
U05.U08 code
Power on code, it’s normal.
E05 error
Turn on treadmill, open motor cover, rotate fan blade to check if it can
rotate a full circle, if yes, then change a new lower controller, if not, then
change a new motor.
Type of remote controller battery
CR2032 3V
Speed increases automatically when running on it.
Whether you touched speed increase button by accident, or you increased the
speed via remote controller, if not, then need to change a new lower Meter
Cover.
Speed control function of display screen doesn’t work.
Remove upper display sticker to see if it can be pressed. If you can press
it, it means the sticker is not properly attached, if still doesn’t work, then
you need to change a new upper Meter Cover.
As soon as stepping on treadmill, running belt stops running and go on
running afterwards.
Running belt is too loose or small running belt is loose, tighten it
accordingly
E01 error
Open motor cover, check whether both ends of communication line connecting to
lower Meter Cover and controller is tight or not, if no problem, then needs to
change the Controller (and Meter Cover).
