Product Usage Instructions

Muting the Microphone
To mute the microphone input, press the control button once. The microphone will be muted and no sound will be transmitted. To unmute, press the control button again. -
Adjusting Volume
To increase the volume, press the volume up button once. To continuously increase the volume until the maximum level is reached, hold down the volume up button. To decrease the volume, press the volume down button once. To continuously decrease the volume until the minimum level is reached, hold down the volume down button. -
Pairing and Disconnecting/Reconnecting
To activate pairing mode, hold down the control button for 2 seconds. The Bluetooth pairing indicator light will start flashing slowly. To disconnect or reconnect, hold down the control button for 1 second. -
Switching between Agent and Supervisor Headset
To switch between the agent and supervisor headset, hold down the control button.
First Pairing and Repairing to the Supervisor
If it is the first time pairing or repairing to the supervisor, follow
these steps
- Hold down the Bluetooth (BT) button.
- Plug the USB connection into your PC or laptop.
- Continue holding the BT button until the Bluetooth indicator light starts flashing slowly.

Controls
- Press once to mute the mic input; Press again to unmute.
- Press once to increase the volume. Press & hold to increase the volume continuously until maximum level.
- Press once to decrease the volume. Press & hold to decrease the volume continuously until minimum level.
- Press & hold for 2 seconds to activate pairing mode.
- Press & hold for 1 second to disconnect / reconnect.
- Press & hold to switch between agent and supervisor headset.
For first pairing and repairing to the supervisor, users require to hold the
BT button and plug the USB connection to his PC or laptop until BT light is
flashing slowly.
