Setup
- Download the Treatlife App by scanning the provided QR code or searching “Treatlife” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app, sign in or creat an account.
- Tap the “+ button on the top-right corner of the Home tab. Tap Add Device > Cameras > ProSight PS10 and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Installation

Detach the ProSight Outdoor Cam from its bracket.

Position the bracket on your desired location, either on the ceiling or wall

secure the bracket to the ceiling or wall using the provided screws.

Mount the ProSight Outdoor Cam onto the bracket with the included screws.
Voice Assistant Connection
- select *Profile” on the TreatLife App and choose Third-Party Voice Services.
- Choose Alexa or Google Assistant as needed and follow the on-screen instructions.
Troubleshooting
Can’t connect the camera to the App
- Place the camera near the router.
- Confirm the camera power on beeps twice every 15 seconds before scanning the QR code.
- Ensure the camera scans the QR code correctly.
- If problems persist, reset the camera and restart the pairing process.
The image is not clear
- Avoid poor lighting and extreme contrast areas for the camera.
- Don’t aim it directly at strong light sources like sunlight.
- Ensure your phone and router have at least 2 Mbps bandwidth for HD video streaming. Otherwise, the stream will downgrade to SD.
Can’t receive notifications
- Confirm that app notifications are enabled on your phone.
- Ensure your phone has a stable network connection.
- Verify that the camera is currently online.
Receive too many notification
For less alerts, move the camera from busy area.
Device disconnected from the App
- Verify if Wi-Fi settings have been altered. If changed, reset the camera.
- Ensure the router is both powered on and connected to the internet
- Confirm the camera is powered on.
- Check that the router has a stable network bandwidth.
- Ensure you are using the latest version of the App.
