baseus PM20A Open Ear TWS Earbuds

Before using the product, thoroughly read this manual. Keep the manual for future reference.

Pairing

1. Power on
   After opening the charging case, the earbud indicator light turns on and automatically enters pairing mode.

2. Bluetooth Connection
   Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search for “Baseus Eli Sport 1” to pair.

3. Shortcut Operation

   • Play/Pause: Double-tap left or right earbud (L or R)
   • Previous music: Triple-tap left-earbud (L)
   • Next music: Triple-tap right-earbud (R)
   • Decrease volume: Tap and hold left earbud (L)
   • (keep pressing and volume will keep decreasing; release to set)
   • Increase volume: Tap and hold right-earbud (R)
   • (keep pressing and the volume will keep increasing; release to set)

4. APP Download

   • You can customize button settings, mode switching, and other functions in the Base Us app.
   • Scan the QR code below to download the APP, or search and download the APP in your app store.

5. Power Off & Reset

   • Power-off: Put the earbuds back inside the charging case and close the lid to turn them off.
   • Reset: Open the lid of the charging case with the earbuds in it, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 5s, during when the charging case indicator will flash red and white for 3 times.

Wear Instructions

1. TWS (without lanyard)
   • Notice the “L” and “R” marks on the inside of the earbuds before wearing them. “L” for the left ear and “R” for the right ear.
   • Expand the ear hooks and wear them over your rears, adjust the angle to best fit your ears.
2. Around-Neck
   Connect the lanyard buckles to the connection joints, and rotate clockwise to lock, or counterclockwise to unlock.

Instructions

Call mode:

• Answer/hang up: Double-tap the left or right earbud (L or R).
• Reject a call: Tap and hold the left or right earbud (L or R) for 1.5s.

Power Indicator

• Charge earphones in the charging case:
  The charging case indicator flashes white for about 1 minute and then goes out.

• Charge the charging case through a power supply.

  • During charging: The indicator flashes red.
  • Fully charged: The indicator stays on white.

• Press the button on the back of the charging case to show the battery level:

  • The indicator flashes red: under 100/4.
  • The indicator stays red: 10%-20%.
  • Indicator stays white: 21 o/o-100%.

Low Latency Mode & Low-Frequency Enhancement:
You need to initiate the ON/OFF switch manually in the Baseus APP if you are using the earbuds for the first time.

Tips for Using the APP:

1. You can customize the gestures in the app.
2. The effective duration of the search function is about 35 hours. Please use the function for searching for missing earbuds during this period.
3. When the searching function is turned on in the app, the earphones will sound an alarm. Please ensure to use this function when not wearing your earbuds to avoid hearing damage.

Note:
Go to Settings>App>App launch>Open manually “Baseus” app: Allow Auto-launch, Allow secondary launch and running in the background.

Safety Warnings

Improper use of the product can easily cause damage to the product or may endanger personal and property safety.

1. The battery is included in the product. Please avoid exposing your product to sunlight, electric heaters, or similar overheating environments. Do not store the product in high temperature, strong light, and strong magnetic places.
2. Do not keep it in other harsh environments such as fire sources. Intense physical actions such as knocking, throwing, trampling squeezing, etc. shall be avoided. Do not use it in case of expansion.
3. The ambient temperature of the product is 0∼400C.
4. Inappropriate use of the product against this user manual or ignoring warnings can easily damage the product or may endanger personal and property safety. Consumer shall bear all the consequences, to which our company will not assume any legal liability.
5. Decomposition of this product by nonprofessionals is strictly prohibited.
6. Do not use a load (electrical appliances) that exceeds the output current of this product. A circuit protection mechanism is built-in to automatically stop working if loads exceed.
7. Please use a clean cotton cloth to clean the charging contacts of earphones regularly to prevent them from failing to charge or turn on due to missing cleaning for a long time.
8. Do not put this product in water (or washing machine). Any damage resulting from water into the earphones caused by the consumers themselves, the responsibility falls to the consumers, where our company won’t be able to provide any after-sales or return services.
