Product Usage Instructions

Pairing Earphones with Device

1. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device.
2. Open the charging case.
3. Press and hold the case button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. Note that when the earphones have not been paired with a device before, they will automatically enter pairing mode.
4. Go to Bluetooth settings on your device and select “EIE200S” to pair with your earphones. When the earphones are paired, the earphone icon will be shown on the device, and the LED icons on the case will flash for 3 seconds.
5. If the pairing fails, the earphones will stay in pairing mode for 3 minutes and then turn off.

Turning On Earphones

1. Open the charging case.
2. Take out the earphones from the charging case and put them in your ears.

Turning Off Earphones

1. Place the earphones in the charging case.
2. Close the charging case. The earphones will automatically turn off, and an acoustic signal will sound.

Charging Earphones

1. Place the earphones in the charging case.
2. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging case.
3. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a certified USB power output. The battery will be fully charged after approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the temperature and charger.

• Clean your earphones using a soft dry cloth. Never use water, abrasive cleaning solvents, cleaning detergent, leather polish or other substances as they may damage your earphones permanently.
• Do not expose the product to extreme conditions such as very cold or hot temperatures, magnetic fields, fire, high voltage equipment, water or damp environments.
• Do not listen to music at high volume for prolonged periods of time. It can cause permanent damage to your hearing.

WARNING!

• The product contains small parts and are not suitable for children 3 years old and below.
• The earphones contain magnetic material.
• Should a battery cell leak, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with skin or eyes.
• Do not use your earphones in the immediate proximity (10 cm) of a pacemaker. Do not subject the earphones and included accessories to abnormal wear and tear.
• Do not expose the earphones to temperatures below -20 °C or above +45 °C.
• Do not charge the earphones in temperatures below 0 °C or above +45 °C.
• Do not use or store the earphones near a vehicle airbag due to risk of injury.
• Do not use earphones while driving, riding or walking through traffic areas.
• Do not drop, sit on or cause other unusual impact to the earphones.
• Do not use the earphones near water, bathtubs, sinks, saunas, pools, other liquids or moist areas.

USING EARPHONES

Pair earphones with device
You only need to pair the earphones once with a device. If the earphones have been paired with a specific device once, they will automatically connect to that certain device.

1. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device.

2. Open the charging case.

3. Press and hold the case button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.
   NOTE! When the earphones have not already been paired with a device, they will automatically enter pairing mode.

4. Go to Bluetooth settings on your device and select EIE200S to pair with your earphones. When the earphones are paired, the earphone icon is shown on the device, and the LED icons on the case flash for 3 seconds. If the pairing fails, the earphones will stay in pairing mode for 3 minutes and then turn off.

Turn on earphones

1. Open the charging case.
2. Take out the earphones from the charging case and put them in your ears.
3. The earphones are automatically turned on, and an acoustic signal sounds.

NOTE!

• When the earphones are disconnected, an acoustic signal sounds, and they will automatically try to reconnect for 5 minutes.
• If the earphones do not turn on when the case is open, charge the charging case.
• When the battery voltage is lower than 20 %, the earphones make an acoustic sound every 10 minutes.
• When the battery voltage is lower than 3.1 V, the earphones turn off.

Turn off earphones

1. Place the earphones in the charging case.
2. Close the charging case.

The earphones are automatically turned off, and an acoustic signal sounds.

Charge earphones

1. Place the earphones in the charging case. The LED indicator is lit for a few seconds and the earphones start to charge. The battery is fully charged after 1.5 hours.

NOTE!

• Charge the case when the LED indicators are no longer lit.
• The case stops charging the earphones when the case it runs out of battery.
• When charging, the LED indicators on the case show which earphone is currently charging. The first LED indicator on the left indicates that the left earphone is charging. The first LED indicator on the right indicates that the right earphone is charging.

Reset earphones
Reset the earphones if only one earphone connects to the phone, and the earphones cannot pair together.

1. Place the earphones in the charging case and leave it open.
2. Press and hold the case button for 10 seconds until the four LED indicators flash. NOTE!
   • The reset is indicated by the LED indicator remaining lit for 3 seconds.
   • If the reset fails, the LED indicators will flash 5 times and then turn off.
3. Close the case and open it again. Now the earphones are reset.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem pairing and connecting

• Make sure the earphones are not connected to another device.
• Disable and enable Bluetooth on your device.
• Move the earphones closer to the device or alter their positions to avoid Bluetooth interference.
• Verify no other wireless equipment interfere with your earphones Bluetooth signal.
• If the earphones do not pair with each other, place the earphones in the charging case, close the lid and open again. Then take them out both simultaneously.

Problem with sound transmission
Move the streaming device to another position. Your body, distance, different materials and other wireless equipment can interfere with the wireless signal between your device and earphones.
