Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Connecting the Fixing Plate with the Base Bracket
- Take the Fixing Plate and align it with the Base Bracket.
- Secure the Fixing Plate to the Base Bracket using two screws ST5*16.
- Step 2: Installing the Square Tube with the Base Bracket
- Take the Square Tube and align it with the Base Bracket.
- Secure the Square Tube to the Base Bracket using two screws ST5*35.
- Step 3: Assembling the Wheels
- Insert the Wheel Shafts into the designated holes on the Base Bracket.
- Take the Split Pin and pass it through the hole of each Wheel Shaft. Open the Split Pin to secure the wheels in place.
- Step 4: Assembling the Drum Body
- Take the Drum Body and position it between the two sides of the Base Bracket.
- Secure the Drum Body to the Base Bracket using the Locking Knobs, Flat Washers, Serrated Washers, and Rubber Pads.
- Tighten the Locking Knobs clockwise to secure the drum in the desired position.
Step 5: Adjusting Fan Speed
The TILT BARREL FAN offers four different speed settings:
- 0 – Stop
- 1 – Low
- 2 – Medium
- 3 – High

- A: To secure the wheels, insert the Wheel Shafts into the Base Bracket and pass the Split Pin through the hole of each Wheel Shaft. Open the Split Pin to lock the wheels in place.

- A: The TILT BARREL FAN has a speed control knob located on the front of the fan. Simply turn the knob to select the desired speed setting, ranging from 0 (stop) to 3 (high).

- Unplug the fan from the socket and clean it with a soft cloth.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
- Connect the Fixing Plate with the Base Bracket by 2 screws ST5*16.
- Install the Square Tube with Base Bracket by 2 screws ST5*35.
- Assemble the Wheels by inserting the Wheel Shafts into the Base Bracket
- Take the Split Pin through the hole of the Wheel Shafts, and open it to secure the wheel location.
- Assemble the Base Bracket with two sides of the Drum body by fastening the Locking Knobs, Flat Washers, Serrated Washers, and Rubber Pads.
- Adjust the Locking Knobs to secure the drum in the desired position, and tight it by turning the Locking Knobs clockwise.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Don’t use any water for cleaning metal surfaces. Slightly moisten a cloth and then wipe off the surfaces of the fan.
- To remove dust from the grill, use a vacuum cleaner or remove the front grill by removing the securing screws on the edge of the grill. After cleaning, remount the grill. After doing this, fasten the screws on the edge of the grill.
