NEWELL BATTERY PACKS MANUAL
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the product, please read the following instruction manual
carefully and keep it for future reference. When transferring the product to a
third party, it is advisable to include the instructions.
Do not drop, hit, crush or shock the device.
Do not disassemble or tamper with its housing.
Keep away from fire and other sources of high temperature.
Do not expose to water or other sources of moisture.
Store in a dry, cool and ventilated place.
Do not use near flammable materials or solvents.
Use only with compatible batteries and cameras.
Install batteries according to polarity.
When the device is not in use, remove the batteries from the camera and cover
the contacts with the cover to avoid short circuits.
For use by adults.
If you notice smoke or a strange smell coming from the device, immediately
disconnect the power supply. Do not disassemble the device yourself.
Disassembling the device will void the warranty. If there are problems with
the device, bring it to an authorized service center.
Discard the used device according to the guidelines of the manual.
USAGE
Before inserting the batteries, attach the battery pack to the camera.
Before disconnecting the battery pack from the camera, turn off the power to
the camera and remove the batteries from the camera. Then put the protective
cover over the electrical contacts.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
The crossed-out trashcan symbol means that waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and packagings must not be placed with other household waste. They must be handed over to a separate waste collection system.

Newell products are covered by a 40-month manufacturer’s warranty.
