UNPACK FROM CARTON
You have received 1 box, please check the contents of the box against the list below. If anything is missing, please contact with us.
INSTALLATION
- Spread the supporting frame, and push down the folding lock. Make sure the folding lock is engaged. Repeat to the other one .
- Fix the storage tray onto the supporting frame, use long screws.
- Fix the upper tubes.
- Put the bathtub on the frame, and make sure the buttons on the both sides are engaged as shown.
- Make sure the part A stick on the back the changing pad is upward, and the part B is downward, and fix the changing pad on the upper tube 2 with small screws.
- Flip over the changing pad onto the bathtub, and fix the buttons on the both sides of the changing pad to the bathtub.
FOLDING
First flip over the changing pad to the side, and take off the bathtub and loose one side of storage tray, second rotate the folding lock handle out and lift it up to release the lock (you can do it side by side or both sides together), then close the frame.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe metal and plastic surface clean, use a cloth with warm water and mild
soap. Wipe the PVC pad with a cloth and cold water.
Periodically check the products for loose screws, worn parts, and torn
materials. Tighten, repair or replace the parts as needed.
Don’t use the product if it became damaged or broken.

Drowning Hazard: Babies have drowned while using infant bath tubs.
- STAY in arm’s reach of your baby.
- Never rely on a toddler or pre-schooler to help your baby or alert you to trouble. Babies have drowned even with other children in or near bath tub.
- Babies can drown in as little as 1″/2.Scm of water. Use as little water as possible to bathe your baby.
- Use in empty adult tub or sink.
- Keep drain open in adult tub or sink.
FALL HAZARD: Babies have suffered head injuries falling from infant bath tubs.
To prevent falls:
- Place tub only on floor for safe use.
- Never lit or carry baby in tub.
WARNING: Do not leave the child unattended.
WARNING: The bathtub is intended for child from birth, and up to 33Ibs/15kg.
WARNING: The changing pad is intended for child from birth to 12 months, and
up to 24Ibs/11kg.
WARNING: Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.
WARNING: Ensure that all the wheels brakes are locked before use.
WARNING: To avoid injury, ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding
and folding this product.
WARNING: Check that changing pad or bathtub attachment devices are correctly
engaged before use.
WARNING: Do not move the product when the child on it.
WARNING: Do not use this product near open fire, and other sources of strong
heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc.
WARNING: Do not let the child play with this product.
WARNING: Do not use when any part is broken, torn or missing.
WARNING: Any additional or replacement parts which are not approved by
manufacturer shall not be used.
WARNING: The changing unit must be used together with the bathtub.
WARNING:
(1) Children have drowned while bathing.
(2) Children can drown in as little as 1″/2.Scm of water in a very short time.
(3) Always remain in contact with your child during bathing.

(7) To avoid scalding by hot water, position the product in such a way to
prevent the child from reaching the source of water.
(8) Always check the water temperature before bathing the child, the typical
water temperature for bathing a baby should be between 89-100°F /32.2-37.8°c.
(9) Always check the stability of the product before use.
(10) Do not use the product if any components are broken or missing.
( 11) Do not use replacement parts or accessories other than those approved by
the manufacturer.
(12) Always ensure the attachment device(s) are correctly fitted to the bath
tub.
(13) Only use non-standalone bath seat in a compatible children’s bath tub.
( 14) Always check the attachment and the stability of the non-standalone bath
seat on the bath tub.
