SUFFOCATION HAZARD

• Babies Have Suffocated:

  • On pillows, comforters, and extra padding.

  • In gaps between a wrong-size mattress, or extra padding and product sides.

  • NEVER add soft bedding or padding.

  • Always place baby on back to sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS and suffocation.

  • FALL HAZARD-To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 201bs(9kg), whichever comes first.

  • If a sheet is used with the mattress, use only the one provided by the product manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the product mattress.

  • Always check that the bassinet is securely locked on the base/stand by pulling upwards on the bassinet bed.

  • Always use product on the floor. Never use on an unintended elevated surface.

  • Product can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. NEVER place product on beds, sofas or other soft surfaces.

  • Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
    Do not suspend strings over a product or attach strings to toys.

  • Do not use if any part of the product is broken, torn, or missing.

• Bedside sleeper mode:

  • Entrapment Hazard- To prevent death from entrapment, bedside sleeper must be properly secured to adult bed using the attachment system.
  1. There must be no more than 1/2 in. (13 mm) gap between bedside sleeper and adult bed.
  2. Check tightness before each use by pulling bedside sleeper in a direction away from adult bed.
  3. If gap exceeds 1 /2in. (13 mm), DO NOT use product.
  • Do not fill the gap with pillows, blankets or other items that are suffocation hazards.
  • Always read and follow assembly instructions for each product use mode (bedside sleeper, bassinet, play yard).
  • Always use ALL required parts for each use mode. Check instruction manual for a list of required parts. Periodically check product for loose, damaged, or missing parts.

WARNING

• Always completely raise and lock in the drop side when not attached to the adult bed.
• A bedside sleeper is designed to provide a sleeping area for an infant until he or she begins to push up on hands and knees or approximately 5 months of age. Move your child to another sleeping product when your child reaches this stage.
• This bedside sleeper is designed for use only with adult beds that are between 23.2 and 31.8 inches from floor to top of adult mattress.

WARNING

• The attachment system must always be used in bedside sleeper mode.

• To avoid death from the infant’s neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult bed, the top rail must be no higher than the adult bed mattress.
  

• This bedside sleeper CAN or CANNOT be used with adult beds below Fig.

WARNING

• Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children.
• This product contains a lithium button/coin cell battery. If a new or used lithium button/coin cell battery is swallowed or enters the body, it can cause severe internal burns and can lead to death in as little as 2 hours. Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep it away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
• The cells shall be disposed of properly, keeping them away from children.
• Even used cells may cause injury.

Mattress maintenance

• The mattress comes with a removable and washable fabric cover.
• Check the product regularly for any wear and tear. In the event of damage, do not use it and keep it out of the reach of children.
• When washing the fabric, carefully follow the instructions on the label.
• Do not clean with solvents, abrasives or overly aggressive products.
• After each wash, check the tolerance of the fabric and stitching.
• WARNING: During covering and/or uncovering and assembly and/or disassembly, handle the fabric with care to avoid accidental breakage or damage.
• WARNING: Covering, uncovering, assembly and disassembly must be carried out by an adult.

Disassembly

Incorrect usage of the bedside sleeper mode

Product disassembly steps

1. Unfasten the buckle under the bassinet board.
2. Remove the bassinet cover from the board.
3. Press the shrapnel located between the bassinet and the height adjustment tube, then pull the bassinet out. @ Press the shrapnels on both sides and lift the bed board upwards to remove.
4. Use a screwdriver to press down the shrapnel inside the height adjustment tube and pull it out.
5. Pull out the wheels.
