Pairing the TUO Temperature Sensor

To start using the TUO Temperature Sensor, you need to pair it with your home hub. Make sure your network is compatible.

Resetting the Device

If you need to reset the TUO Temperature Sensor, follow these steps:

1. Remove the backplate of the device.
2. Locate the reset button and push it in once to reboot the device.
3. If you want to completely reset the device, push and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. Please note that this will remove the device from the platform you are using and will require re-pairing.

Mounting the Sensor

The TUO Temperature Sensor comes with a removable magnetic stand. If you wish to mount the sensor to your wall, follow these steps:

1. Remove the base of the sensor.
2. Use the adhesive included on the back of the product to attach it to the desired surface.

A: Please keep your Matter Setup Code in a safe place. You will need it to securely add the TUO Temperature Sensor to your home.

Getting started

Pull the battery safety tab from the back of the TUO Temperature Sensor. When you see the LED blink 5 times, followed by 3 blinks, that means the device is in pairing mode.

Pairing & activation

• Pair the TUO Temperature Sensor to the home hub of your choice. Ensure your network has a compatible thread Border Router.

Pairing & activation

Turn the TUO Temperature Sensor around to reveal the pairing code. Scan or type in the manual pairing code in the platform of your choice.

Battery replacement

When it is time to replace the battery, simply turn the TUO Temperature Sensor around and remove the backplate.
