FCC Compliance
This mobile device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference.
- This device must accept any interference received,including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Any change or modification that is not expressly approved by the manufacturer
responsible for the compliance of this device voids the user’s authority to
operate this device.
This mobile device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may
cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)
This phone is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for
exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications
Commission of the United States.
During SAR testing, this device was set to transmit at its highest certified
power level in all tested frequency bands, and placed in positions that
simulate RF exposure in usage against the head with no separation, and near
the body with the separation of 10 mm. Although the SAR is determined at the
highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while
operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is
designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power
required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a wireless
base station antenna, the lower the power output.
The exposure standard for wireless devices employing a unit of measurement is
known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is
1.6 W/kg.
The FCC has granted an Equipment Authorization for this model phone with all
reported SAR levels evaluated as in compliance with the FCC RF exposure
guidelines. SAR information on this model phone is on file with the FCC and
can be found on www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid using the FCC ID of this device:
RYQGP3.
For this device:
- The highest reported head SAR value: 0.81 W/Kg
- The highest reported body-worn SAR value: 1.09 W/Kg
While there may be differences between the SAR levels of various phones and at
various positions, they all meet the government requirement.
Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure
guidelines. If you do not use a body-worn accessory and are not holding the
phone at the ear, position the handset a minimum of 10 mm from your body when
the phone is switched on.
Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC)
This phone is rated M3/T4.
This phone is hearing aid-compatible. This phone has been tested and certified for use with hearing aids for some of the wireless technologies that it uses. However, there may be some newer wireless technologies used in this phone that have not been tested yet for use with hearing aids. It is important to try the different features of this phone thoroughly and in different locations, using your hearing aid or cochlear implant, to determine if you hear any interfering noise. Consult your service provider or the manufacturer of this phone for information on hearing aid compatibility. If you have questions about return or exchange policies, consult your service provider or phone retailer.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has defined standards for wireless mobile devices to be compatible with hearing aid instruments. The current standard is set by American National Standard Institute (ANSI). The HAC standard adopts a M/T rating system.
The “M” rating indicates the reduced interference with hearing aids that operates in acoustic mode, such as on a microphone. The “M” rates from M1 to M4, with M4 being the best. The “T” rating specifies the capability of the wireless mobile devices in operating with hearing aids that integrates a telecoil (a small copper wire inside hearing aid that converts sounds into electromagnetic signals) and operates in inductive coupling mode. The “T” rates from T1 to T4, with T4 being the best.
The ratings are not a guarantee. However, it is suggested to choose a wireless mobile device with at least “M3” in the M rating and “T3” in the T rating to ensure wide compatibility with hearing aid instruments.
IEEE 1725 Criteria
This product is built in with a non-remoable Lithium-ion battery and complies
with the following CITA-IEEE 1725 criteria for battery safety.
- Do not disassemble or open, crush, bend, or deform, puncture, or shred.
- Do not modify or remanufacture, attempt to insert foreign objects into the battery, immerse or expose to water or other liquids, expose to fire, explosion or other hazards.
- Only use the battery for the system for which it is specified.
- Only use the battery with a charging system that has been qualified with the system per this document. Use of an unqualified battery or charger may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage, or other hazard.
- Do not short circuit a battery or allow metallic conductive objects to contact battery terminals.
- Replace the battery only with another battery that has been qualified with the system per this standard, IEEE-Std-1725. Use of an unqualified battery may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage, or other hazard. Only authorized service providers shall replace battery (if the battery is non-replaceable by users).
- Promptly dispose of used batteries in accordance with local regulations.
- Battery usage by children should be supervised.
- Avoid dropping the phone or battery. If the phone or battery is dropped, especially on a hard surface, and the user suspects damage, take it to a service center for inspection.
- Do not replace an embedded battery pack. Improper replacement may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage, or other hazard. Contact the manufacturer for replacement instructions.
- The phone shall only be connected to CTIA certified adapters, products that bear the USB-IF logo or products that have completed the USB-IF compliance program.
Maintenance & Care
For optimal experiences, please observe the guidelines below for maintenance and care of the device.
- Keep the touch screen and camera lens clean. An unclean screen may slow down the phone’s responsiveness to your operations, and unclean camera lens may affect the quality of the images you capture.
- Clean your device with a soft, dry cloth when it is switched off.
- Avoid using or storing your device under excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.
- Do not subject your device to severe shock to prevent damage or malfunctioning.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of your device.
- The screen surface is subject to scratches. Avoid contacting with sharp objects. Non-adhesive generic screen protectors designed specifically for LCD panel may help.
- Do not expose your device to extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent damage arising from overheating.
- Do not use paper towels to clean the screen.
- Do not clean the device with alcohol, cleaning detergent, solvents, or abrasive substance.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or make any modifications to your device. Doing so will cause damage or injury, and will void the warranty.
- Repair shall be conducted by authorized, trained technicians.
- Store your device in a dry, cool place.
- Keep your device away from flammable liquids, gases, or explosive materials.
- Do not wear the device while it is being charged.
- Do not place metalic or magnetic objects near the charging part of the device.
- Do not place your device in or near heating equipment such as water heaters, microwaves, or cooking appliances.
Proper Product Handling
Safety in aircraft
Switch your device off when you are on an airplane, as the radio waves from
your device may affect in-flight piloting instruments, which may impact safety
during the flight. The use of communication devices on an aircraft is against
the law. Be sure to follow the regulations imposed by your government. If you
need to use your device on the aircraft, be sure to switch to Airplane Mode if
it is supported in your device.
Safety in driving
Do not use or set up your device while driving. Making calls or texting while
driving could put you and others at greater risks of accidents causing serious
injury, casualty and property loss. Abide the traffic laws and regulations on
the use of communication devices in the jurisdictions where you drive.
It is users’ sole responsibility to pay full attention to driving.
Device heating
There are conditions when your device may become warm:
- It is being charged.
- It is under direct sunlight for a lengthy period.
- It is inside a vehicle without air conditioning turned on.
- It is undergoing a software/firmware upgrade.
- It is transferring data.
- It is making long calls.
- It is in a low cell signal area.
If you experience discomfort in any of the above-mentioned conditions, put your phone aside and switch it off.
Keep out of reach of small children
Do not leave your device and its accessories within the reach of small
children. Your phone includes small parts that may be detached or cause a
choking hazard. They could hurt themselves or damage the parts.
Beware of magnetic fields
Do not expose your device to objects or equipment that have magnetic fields,
for instance, hospital MRIs. Magnetic fields may negatively affect the proper
functionality of your electronic device. If an anomaly occurs, take your
device to an authorized, trained personnel for diagnosis and repair.
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
Avoid touching the metal connectors on the nano-SIM card and the microSD card
to prevent potential injury from ESD.
About charging
Only use the qualified charging accessories. Use of unqualified charging
accessories may damage your device and void the warranty.
Avoid charging your device in a wet environment or place with extreme
temperatures. If your charging accessory is wet or damaged, do not use it to
charge your device.
Warning: Warranty will become Void if cover on bottom of watch is removed.
Protect your hearing
This device can generate high volume of sounds. To prevent possible hearing
damage, do not listen at high volume levels for prolonged periods. Avoid
holding your device near your ear for a long period if it is set at high
volume.
If you experience any discomfort or temporary hearing difficulty when
listening to audio files from your device, discontinue the use and consult
with a physician immediately regarding the symptoms.
In a hospital
Switch your device off when you are in a hospital or healthcare facilities.
Your device generates RF frequency that may cause interference with critical
medical instruments. This may result in a faulty or an anomaly diagnosis. In
addition, some instruments in healthcare facilities may radiate strong
magnetic fields which may negatively impact the functionality of your device.
Pacemakers and hearing aids
People with hearing aids or pacemakers may experience interfering noises when
using this device. The level of interference depends on the type of hearing
aid or pacemaker, as well as the distance from the interference source.
It is recommended to increase the separation between this device and the hearing aid/pacemaker to reduce the interference. You may also consult your physician to discuss about alternatives.
Airbags
Do not place a phone in the area over an airbag or in the airbag deployment
area in your vehicle, as an airbag inflates with great force and serious
injury could result. Store the phone in a safe and secure area before driving
your vehicle.
Defected or Damaged Products
Do not attempt to disassemble the phone or its accessories. Only qualified
personnel or trained technicians can service or repair the phone or its
accessories. If your phone (or its accessories) has been submerged in water,
punctured, or subjected to a severe fall, do not use it until you have it
diagnosed or repaired at an authorized service center.
Gas station and explosive hazards
When you are at gas stations or environments with explosive hazards, obey all
the posted warning signs to turn off your device.
Repetitive Strain Injuries
Engaging in long term use of phone can result in Repetitive Strain Injuries.
When experiencing pain or discomfort, try to
- stretch your bodies
- take occasional breaks
- use ergonomic features to minimize the times of pressing buttons, such as Message Templates and Predictive Text
Emergency Calls
Your phone is a wireless device that operates using radio signals, which
cannot guarantee cellular services in conditions where signals are interfered
or out of reach. Therefore, you must never rely solely on wireless phone(s) to
make an emergency call. In case that you are in remote areas, it is strongly
advised that you
- Make sure someone else knows your destination, route or arrival time
- Minimize battery usage (battery power is consumed more quickly when the phone is searching for network signals)
- When an emergency call is made, stay on the line and be detailed about your location.
Disposal and recycling
Do not dispose of this device in a household garbage bin.
Products with this label must be taken to specific collection points at the
end of their life.

Users are able to access the information in no more than three steps in a
device’s menu. To access the e-label informa-tion in the device, simply go to

Limited Warranty
Your product is warranted that it is free from any defect in workmanship and material, under normal use and condition, for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase shown on your original invoice or receipt. If any such defects are found in this product within the applicable warranty period, the manufacturer (Gabb Wireless Inc.) shall, at its discrete options during the applicable warranty period, carry out repair or replacement for the defected product or part. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase shall be confirmed by showing the model number on receipt of invoice with the original date of purchase.
The warranty does not apply if any of the following circumstances occur:
- The warranty period has expired.
- Proof of purchase is absent.
- Transfer or resale of the product from any third party, including, but not limited to, any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the product due to natural ambient conditions or force majeure, such as humidity, oxidization, corrosion, penetration of liquids, and extreme temperatures.
- Damage caused by connection with accessories, equipment, or peripherals that are not specified by the manufacturer or not compatible with this product.
- Damage caused by disassembly, modification, or repair performed by unauthorized technician or individual.
- Damage caused by non-compliance with the recommended device use instructed in the User’s Manual.
- The IMEI label on this product has been modified, altered, or removed.
The purchaser or user will be responsible for any cost regarding replacement of parts, reinstallation, transportation, and any other cost that may be incurred for the repair or replacement if any of the circumstances mentioned above are determined.
This warranty statement constitutes the entirely expressed warranty, and there
is no other expressed warranties, regardless of written, oral, or implied
manner. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the
product and cannot be transferred or assigned to any subsequent owner or user.
No other party, whether dealer, service center, or agent, or employee(s) of
such, is authorized to extend or transfer this warranty. By applicable laws,
this warranty statement does not cover any indirect, incidental, or
consequential loss or damages of any nature, including, but not limited to,
loss or damages caused by commercial or financial activities.
To the extent the law permits, the repair or replacement of this product does
not, under any circumstances, extend the original warranty period. However,
the repaired or the replaced parts are warranted in the same manner.
