TUO TCS-07505 Contact Sensor
Product Information
The TUO Contact Sensor is a device designed to detect contact between two objects, such as a door or window, and send a signal to a compatible platform or system. It can be easily installed using screws or tape, and it comes with a removable backplate for mounting.
It is important to note that the TUO Contact Sensor contains a magnet and should be kept away from people with pacemakers or other medical devices that may be affected by magnetic fields. To avoid any potential harm or interference, it is recommended to keep the device at a safe distance from these individuals.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules and operates without causing interference. However, if it does cause harm to television reception, measures such as re-orienting or relocating the receiving antenna can be taken to correct the interference.
Please keep your Matter Setup Code in a safe place as you will need it to securely add the TUO Contact Sensor to your home.
Product Usage Instructions
- To perform a soft reset, push the button on the front of the TUO Contact Sensor. The green light will begin to flash when a reboot is successful.
- To completely reset the device, push and hold the button on the front of the TUO Contact Sensor for 5 seconds. Please note that this will remove the device from the platform you are using and will require re-pairing.
- To install the Contact Sensor, choose either screws or tape to mount it on the door or window. The backplate can be removed from the TUO Contact Sensor for easier installation.
Getting started
Press the button on the front of the contact sensor to activate.
Pairing & activation
Pair the TUO Contact Sensor to the home hub of your choice. Ensure your network has a compatible read Border Router.

Remove the backplate and flip it over to reveal the pairing code. Scan or type in the manual pairing code in the platform of your choice.
Battery replacement
When it is time to replace the battery, simply turn the TUO Contact Sensor around and remove the backplate.
Resetting the device
To preform a soft reset, push the button on the front of the TUO Contact
Sensor. The green light will begin to flash when a reboot is successful.
Push it in and hold for 5 seconds to completely reset the device. Please note
that this will remove the device from the platform you are using and will
require re-pairing.
Backplate mounting
The backplate can be removed from the TUO Contact Sensor and can be mounted by
screws or tape to the door / window.
