Product Usage Instructions

• Step 1: Preparation
  • Before using the INVERSPOTTER 14000 SMART AQUA, ensure that you have all the necessary accessories and equipment. These include the supplied Pneumatic C Gun Smart Aqua 801067 and any additional accessories you may have purchased.
• Step 2: Power Connection
  • Connect the machine to a three-phase mains power source with a voltage of 400 V and a frequency of either 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Use the appropriate mains fuse with a rating of 32A A.
• Step 3: Welding Setup
  • Position the materials to be welded between the electrodes of the Pneumatic C Gun Smart Aqua. Ensure that the thickness of the materials does not exceed 3 + 3 + 3 mm.
• Step 4: Spot Welding
  • Press the appropriate buttons or switches on the machine to initiate the spot-welding process. The machine will deliver a maximum spot-welding current of 15000 A, with a duty cycle of 2%. The inverter frequency is 8000 Hz, providing precise and efficient welding.
• Step 5: Cooling System
  • If necessary, use Telwin’s Coolant for Cooling Systems (802976) to maintain optimal operating temperature and prevent overheating.

DESCRIPTION

• Medium frequency, direct current (MFDC) inverter technology, microprocessor controlled resistance welding machine.
• The POWER GUN technology allows for high spot-welding currents with low absorption rates, the use of longer (5m) and lighter cables for a better holding and a wider range of action and minimum magnetic fields around the cables.
• Automatic pressure monitoring ensures excellent adjustment of the force applied to the gun electrodes.
• It is particularly suitable for body shop applications and industrial use and gives excellent results also on high strength steel (HSS)/boron and galvanised metal sheets.
• The innovative SMART AUTOSET technology, thanks to the automatic recognition of the materials and thickness, eliminates set-up times and guarantees optimal spot welding even if the types of steel to be processed are not known.
• The WAVE technology facilitates interaction with the machine and tracks all operating parameters for their processing and reporting.
• The multifunction digital panel can be used to select the automatic Smart Autoset mode as well as the EASY and the manual mode; the programmes and reports there generated can be transferred to a USB pen drive.
