Use instruction

  1. Please wipe the bottom of the cup before use to avoid the water at the bottom from affecting the use of the machine.
  2. Please place the machine on a flat, hard surface, then plug the power cord into an socket.Note: Please ensure that there is no other matter at the bottom of the machine to avoid affecting the normal use of the gravity sensor switch.
  3. Place your cup in the middle heating area. Then select the correspond – ing working mode according to the material of your cup (glass, ceramic, metal)

**Cup Type Choice-Ceramic, Glass, Metal**

Touch the button to select the working mode corresponding to the cup

material you use.

Note: Because the thermal conductivity of cups is different, we

designed this function to provide a better use experience.

Ceramic mode:

Ceramic mode has three settings 170°F 150F 130°F. The first time you use

this warmer, touch the once: It enters into working time. Meantime the screen displays “ceramic” and “170°F” by default,and keeps drinking to 140°F-170°F. Touch the second time to display”150°F” and keep drinking to120°F-150°F. Touch the third time to display “130°F” and keep drinking to 100°F-130°F. Touch the the fourth time to turn off the warmer.

Metal mode:

Metal mode has three settings: 180°F 165°F 145°F. Touch to choose metal

model with default setting “180°F” during working model, then touch the once to display”165°F” which keeps drinking to 140°F-165°F touch the second to display “145°F” which keeps drinking to 120°F-145°F. Touch the the third to turn off the warmer.

Glass mode:

Glass model has three settings: 176°F 160°F 140°F. Touch to choose glass

mode with default setting “176F°” during working time, then touch the once to display 160°F which keeps drinking to 130°F-160°F, touch the second to display 140°F which keeps drinking to 110°F-140°F.Touch the the third to turn off the warmer.

Memory Function:

This warmer has cup memory function. If you choose “glass” model to

work, it can remember “glass” model after working 5 minutes under glass model. Next time you turn it on again, it will remember “glass” model base on your habit. Ceramic and metal models are the same as glass model.But If the working time under new cup model is less than 5 minutes, it will not remember new cup model but keep last cup model.

Every time you choose cup model, temperature will be on high setting by

default, you can touch power button to adjust temperature.

Timer:2-12H adjustable

Touch the button to set the automatic shut off time(2H,4H, 6H, 8H, 10H,

12H) according to your needs. After the setting is completed, the machine will automatically shut down after reaching the time

-hour auto shut off: if you do not set time, the machine will auto

shut off after 4 hours of continuoueration by default

Temperature level Adjustable:

Touch the Button you can choose the suitable temperature level.

Note:

①The displayed temperature value is not the real-time temperature, but

the final temperature value that can be reached by this level. ②Different types of cups and the environment in which they are used will cavitation’s in the final temperature value and heating time, which is normal. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Gravity sensing function:

This coffee mug warmer comes with a microgravity button that heats up in

working mode when the coffee mug warmer feels enough weight. When you remove the mug, the coffee warmer goes into standby mode for 10 minutes and displays — — on the screen ( plate stays warm between sips). If you put the cup back in within 10 minutes, it will continue to work as your setting. Otherwise, it will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.

Note: The temperature we mentioned is that we tested in lab in room

temperature, it will be surely varied depends on different jugs or ambient temperature.

Important Safeguards

  1. Read all instructions carefully.

  13. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.

  15. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug, If it still does not fit. contact a qualified electrician, Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
  16. Store appliances indoors when not in use-out of the reach of children.
  17. A fire may occur if appliances are covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, books, and the like, when in operation.
  18. Do not operate unattended.
  19. Sealed beverage cans should be opened before heating.
  20. The warming effect varies from material of cups, it works best with flat-bottomed stainless steel mugs or flat-bottomed ceramic mugs or flat-bottomed glass. Covering the lid can help keep the heat.
  21. Please do not use plastic cups, Insulated tumble cup, thick bottom cup and paper cups.
  22. Please cut off the power immediately and cooldown then wipe up the liquid if beverage is pouring onto the heating plate.
  23. Never allow your children or pet to play with it as a toy.
  24. Do not disassemble it by yourself.
  25. This appliance is spill-resistant but not waterproof. Unplug from outlet when not in use and. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
  26. Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
  27. CAUTION HOT SURFACE! Please do not touch during or immediately after use and keep out of reach of children.
  28. Please turn off or unplug after use.
  29. Never put this appliance on any leather tables, valuable furniture’s or other vulnerable tables when working.
  30. Do not use cups or mugs with diameter over heating plate’s size.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Unplug the coffee warmer and allow the heating surface to completely cool before cleaning

  1. Do not clean this product with a water spray or the like.
  2. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the surface of the coffee warmer. Dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
  3. Do not immerse the coffee warmer in water or liquids.

Common Troubleshooting

  1. Unable to turn on:
    Please try to unplug, wait for a while and then relog, turn on the power
    button.

  2.  Unable to heat and only displays — —
    a). Please check the cup is on the warmer.
    b). There may be title

How long does it take to heat the drink?

This product is mainly used for keeping drinks warm, rather than heat up beverage quickly, so it usually takes about half an hour to an hour or even longer to heat cold drinks

Do | need to wait till 4 hours to automatically turn off coffee warmer?

No, you can always turn it off manually.
