Assembly and Leveling instructions

Step 1. Unpack and take out all accessories. Then plug in the power and turn on the machine.
Step 2. Rise the Z axis to a certain height to ensure that the curing screen will not be scratched when the printing platform is installed.

Step 3. Tear off the protective film before leveling and printing.

Step 4. Loosen the four screws on the printing platform.

Step 5. Install and secure the printing platform.

Step 6. Place the leveling paper on the curing screen. Then click on the touch screen. Wait for the Z axis to descend and stop automatically. Use your fingers to press the platform gently, and then tighten the
four screws to secure the platform.

Step 7. Click “Z=O” to save the zero position. Then click “Enter” on the pop-up window. Till now, the leveling process is finished. Click “Enter” again and take out the paper.

Step 8. Exposure test: Raise the printing platform until the curing screen can be observed completely. Return to the Tools menu and click “Exposure” . Select an image, set the exposure time and then click
“Next”. The corresponding image should be displayed completely on the curing screen.

Step 9. Install resin vat.

Printing 3D Model

Step 1. please check release film carefully before every printing. If the film is broken, replace it immediately to avoid further damage to machine.
Step 2. Insert the USB memory to the machine. (The test file has been saved to the USB memory.)

Step 3. Make sure you wear masks and gloves (to avoid direct skin contact With resin), and slowly pour resin into the vat. The resin cannot exceed the vat’ s maximum scale.
Step 4. Puton the cover, click “Print” to choose a sliced file to print.

Set UV power

  • There are two ways to set UV power. Before printing, click  to set LIV
  • Besides, in the process of printing, click Then click it to set UV power
  • Print interface, page down to find “UV power”

Status
The statistics of print times and print layers are shown in the Status interface. Please check them and replace the release film timely according to FEP film Status to avoid print failure or even the damage to printer. After replacement, click icon to reset the status.

Resin recycling

After printing, there might be some cured resin left in the vat. Please filter the remaining resin by a funnel and then store the liquid in a sealed container. For the residues left in the vat or on the platform, please use paper towel to carefully wipe off.

Attention

  1. Keep the ANYCUBIC 3D printer and its accessories out of the reach of children.
  2. ANYCUdIC 3D printer must not be exposed to water or rain.
  3. DO not disassemble ANYCUBIC 3D printer, please contact technical support if you have any questions.
  4. In case of emergency, please immediately cut off the power of ANYCUBIC 3D printer and contact technical support.
