INSTRUCTIONS
V2 Height Adjustable Electric Standing Desk
Caution

Keep children and animals away from the desk during use.
Ensure the desktop is not touching any walls. -
Remove obstacles taller than 20″/51 cm from underneath the desk.

Operate only in a working environment temperature of 32°F-104°F/0°C-40°C.

Keep product away from corrosive gases, liquids and dusty objects.

Keep hands, feet and other body parts in a safe position during operation. Anti-collision is not automatically enabled during all resets.

Please read the following instructions carefully before using the height-adjustable desk.

The company does not bear any warranty or liability for damage and human injury caused by any abnormal or un-intended operation of the equipment.

It is necessary to perform a manual reset after the initial installation or power cycling the equipment.

Controller Instruction
| Short press the button for height adjustment, the unit will lift in 0.39
inches (1cm).
Long press the button to lift the desktop to highest position of 46.06 inches
(117cm).
| Short press the button for height adjustment, the unit will lower in 0.39
inches (1cm).
Long press the button, the unit will continuously lower unless it descend to
the lowest position of 27.95 inches (71cm) .
| Short press the {S} button, the display flashes, Press any of 1,2,3 menory
key to save the height.
| Press the button, and the desk will move to the previously set as memory
position 1.
| Press the button, and the desk will move to the previously set as memory
position 2.
| Press the button, and the desk will move to the previously set as memory
position 3.
Engineering Mode
Change
Displayed
Unit (Un)| Long press the button until “S–” flashes on the display. Press the
again until “Un” shows and flashes on the display.
Then press . Press or to select “ ”(metric) or “ ” (imperial). Press the to
save your preference.
Collision Force
Detection(CF)| Long press the button until “S–” flashes on the display. Press
the again and the display shows “Un”. Press or to switch to “CF”. Then press .
Press or to select between “OFF”,
Low (L), Normal (n) or Heavy (H) collision force detection. Press to save your
preference.
Reset| Long press for 5 seconds, and the screen will show “ RES ”, Keep
pressing until the desk reachs its lowest height with a rebound, release the
buttons to complete the reset.
Protection mode (auto lock screen mode)
Hot| Over-heating
Hot protection| It alarms when desk motor(s) has been operated continuously
for more than 2 minutes.
Re-power on the desk and wait for at least 18 minutes before operating the
desk again.
E10| Sensorless
alarm| It alarms when motor sensor can’t be detected.
Power off the desk first. Check the connections of motor and control box, and
then re-power on the desk.
E20| Overload
protection| Overload alarm. If alarms when desk going up, remove all items on
the desktop and operate again. If alarms when desk going down, power off the
desk first, remove all items on the desktop and re-power on the desk.
E02| Rebound
protection| It alarms when desk has been vibrated, collided or inclined in
movement.
Check for cause of the issue and perform a reset.
E32| Overvoltage
alarm| It alarms when voltage is higher than required value. Power off the desk
first.
Check whether the connection between power and control box is secure and
tight.
Power on the desk again.
E31| Undervoltage
alarm| It alarms when voltage is lower than required value. Power off the desk
first.
Check whether the connection between power and control box is secure and
tight.
Power on the desk again.
E60| Step out alarm| It alarms when height difference between left leg and
right leg exceeds the set value.
Power off the desk first. Check whether the left leg and the right leg are at
the same height. If not, perform step 4 to re-align the desk leg heights and
power on the desk.
Breaking protection| The desk will stop and enter protection state when motor
lines or manual control lines are removed or disconnected accidentally; the
lifting system will become normal after reconnected and alarm cleared.
