Basic Troubleshooting
1. Difficult to get the earbuds out of the case?
Make sure you’re using the correct method to remove the earbuds. Typically,
you need to gently press and slide it out by rotating it to the left. Avoid
using excessive force or , as it can damage the earbuds or the case.

2. How to pair the earbuds with iPhone?
Step 1. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.
Step 2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your iPhone.
Step 3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and look for the earbuds
‘C16’ in the list of available devices.
Step 4. Select the earbuds to pair them with your iPhone.
3. Can I just wear one earbud at a time?
Yes, you can absolutely wear just one earbud at a time and still use it to
listen to music, make calls, or perform any other functions as you normally
would with both earbuds. You can use either the left or right earbud while
keeping the other one in the charging case.
However, please note that when used on one ear, the volume cannot be adjusted
via the earbud, you can only adjust the volume level from your phone.
4. How to reset C16 earbuds when I encounter connection issues?
Step 1: Please remove the C16 pairing record from your phone and turn off the
Bluetooth of all devices nearby the earbuds.
Step 2: Tap the both of the earbuds button 5 times quickly, the earbuds will
turn off with voice prompt” power off”. Reset done.
Step 3: Put both of earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid,
wait several seconds, and take them out again. Then turn on the Bluetooth on
your phone and find the “C16” to connect.
5. The earbuds won’t charge in the case?
Notice 1: If you keep earbuds in storage for a long time and do not use them,
the battery life may be shorten. Please Charge the charging case at least one
time every week.
Notice 2: Please make sure that the charging contacts both of the earbuds and
case are in the right position and not damaged. Also, please try to clean the
contacts both of the earbuds and case by a brush or cotton swab in time to get
rid of lint, dust, and dirt.
