Overview
How to Wear?
-
Choose the best comfortable ear tips to wear on the earbuds.

Adjust the angle and ear hooks to fit your ears right
Caution
If the sound becomes low/muted, please clean the earbuds’ speaker mesh and any visible debris promptly. If the earbuds won’t charge prop.
If the earbuds won’t charge properly, use cotton swabs or alcohol pads to
clean the magnetic charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
Power On/Off
Manual Power On
In the powered-off state, and when the earbuds are not in the charging case,
press and hold the right earbud’s Multi-function Button (MFB) for 2 seconds to
turn on the right earbud, and do the same with the left earbud by
pressing and holding its MFB for 2 seconds to turn on the left earbud.
Manual Power Off
If the earbuds are not in the charging case, press and hold on either earbud’s
MFB for 5 seconds, both earbuds will power off together.
(Note: The earbuds cannot be turned off manually while music is
playing/while on a call).
Pairing
(Prior to first use – Please ensure that both the earbuds and the charging
case are fully charged.)

Take out both earbuds from the charging case, both earbuds will power on automatically and enter pairing mode.
( Note: In pairing mode, one earbud’s indicator flashes a blue light rapidly, while the other earbud’s indicator blinks blue slowly. ) -
Then, search “T19 ” in the Bluetooth list on your divice, click to connect.
Note: The earbuds will reconnect to the paired device by priority. lf you
want to pair to the second device, please disconnect Bluetooth on the paired
device or turn off the Bluetooth.
If the earbuds are not connected to any devices over 5 minutes, they will
automatically power off.
Music Control
Note: When using only one earbud (with the other in the case or powered
off), you cannot adjust the volume with the button control, you can only
adjust the volume level on your phone.

When should I reset?
When only one side plays music.
When you can’ t use both earbuds together.
When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related
issues.
How to reset T19?
Step 1: Ensure both earbuds are disconnected. Turn off Bluetooth on any
nearby devices that are paired with the earbuds.
Step 2: Remove both earbuds from the case and press and hold the multi-
function button (MFB) for 2 seconds to power them off manually.
Step 3: Press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds to manually power on the
earbuds. Make sure they do not connect to any devices at this time.
Step 4: Tap both earbuds’ MFB 5 times. The earbud indicator light will
flash blue three times, then the earbuds will power off, and the reset is
complete.
After resetting, manually power on both earbuds. They will enter pairing mode
again. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for “T19” to connect.
If it shows “Unsuccessfully connected,” please unpair or delete all “T19”
records on your device and then search for “T19” to connect again.
Charging
Earbuds Charging
The earbuds will reminds you with voice prompt “Low battery please Charge”
when the battery life is lower than 15min, every 2min prompts.
Please put the earbuds into the charging case in time, they will automatically enter charging mode.
- Close the case,the LED lights flash from 1st grid to 4th grid repeatedly during charging.LED lights will turn off once the earbuds fully charged in the case
Note: You can check the power level of the earbuds in the Bluetooth list or in the notification bar after connecting them to your phone.
To avoid charging failures, please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and the charging pins of the charging case promptly.
Charging Case Charging
After inserting the charging cable into the USB Type-C charging port on the
case, the case will automatically start getting charged.
The LED screen will display an incremental change of power from 0 to 100 during charging. 100 indicates full charge.
How do I check the battery level of the charging case?
The case LED indicates the battery level when you place the earbuds into charging case or when the case is charging.

Usage Guide and Precautions

Please do not use it in environments with large electromagnetic fields / high radiation level. Bluetooth signal will be interfered with.

Please do not keep the battery of the earphones is below 10%, which will result in insufficient audio output.
It is recommended to use the earbuds at sufficient battery. -
In case of obstacles or multiple 2.4GHz signals in the same frequency band, Bluetooth signal will be interfered with, which may occur stuttering.

Please do not put the Bluetooth earphones in water or apply excessive force on it, which may cause damage to the earphones and degraded sound quality.

Please charge the earbuds once every 30 days if it’s not used for extended periods of time. Prevents failure to start due to lack of power when needed.

We may upgrade or modify the software or hardware and appearance of this product without notice to you.
Storage and Maintenance
- If the earbuds have been unused for more than 3 months, we recommend that you fully charge them before use.
- Please use chargers that are FCC (Federal Communications. Commission) approved.
- Do not disassemble Earbuds.
- Adult supervision is required for children age 6 and under.
- Do not expose the earbuds in high or low temperature, do not use the earbuds in a thunderstorm.
- Avoid falling or violent impact of the device.
- Keep the device away from fire.
- Do not put the device in water.
- Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean this product.
