Assembly instructions
Assembly instructions:
Remove model parts from the hanger board as illustrated below. Careful not to
break parts. if a part does not remove easily, carefully cut it out with a
knife. This model is intended for self-assembly without gigue. if you have
difficulty installing the axles, try waxing them with a regular candle. All
moving parts can also be waxed during assembly to reduce friction when
operating the model.
Warning!
Do not use a lighted candle!
Caution! Ales have sharp points!

| Pay attention. Check position of the part.
| Break off or cut out.
| Perform the same steps in mirror image.
| Spare parts.
| Cut crosspieces before removing the part from the board.
Axle
Press the parts as far as they will go.
Do not fully press the outer parts (structural frame) together until checking
for fit and alignment of internal parts.
Getting the relay platoon caddy for operation:
Upon the first opening of the case it can be jammed.
Lubricate the ends (d. 17, pages 9-10) and sides (d. 34, 35, page 13).
If the case opening mechanism is not working smoothly, open and close it
repeatedly so the parts would seat-in. if there’s constant jamming, check ail
lubrications points and make sure everything’s assembiedac- cording to the
instruction. If necessary, lubricate the parts once more.
- Turn the left light pillar as far as Rt can go counted clockwise to lock the case in place pre- venting it from opening{do not use a key).Turn the jest light pillar as far as It can go clockwise to unlock the case (now it can be opened with a key).
- To open the case, insert the key and turn it counter- dockize.
